DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I got a pair of shoes but apparently the boxes they came with were not matched with the shoe, I had to wait 30 minutes for them to find the box.

One of my go-to shoe stores lately. I tend to prefer self-serve places rather than having to ask associates whether they have your size in the styles you want to try. As someone with awkwardly sized feet, it's a bummer to spend time finding styles you like and asking only for them to say they don't have it in. DSW is laid out such that the sizes they have are stacked directly below the display and you can try on whatever you like without having to ask! They also have quite a good selection of styles, although I do wish the store could be twice the size and have a bit more of everything!During my last visit, they were nearly out of stock in the shoe I really wanted, and had I left myself enough time I could have ordered it in but alas it was needed for an event that weekend. So that service didn't work out for me this time, but nice to know it exists for next time!

So happy with the sales, the shoes, the only problem was a lack of inventory in a lot of the ones I wanted to try but I know I could just order the size I want online. I love what I bought though!

I went to purchase a pair of boots for my finance and they had them priced at a great price I believe they were priced at like 60 dollars with a clearance of like 70 percent off but don't quote me on the price. In the end they said they were a different price like over 100 with no discount and I declined to purchase them as they tagged them incorrectly. I spoke to a manager later on the phone about It and they were less than helpful They basically told me they were incorrectly priced and by no means I'd be getting them for the incorrect price they priced. Won't shop here again

Had a great experience here at this location. Staff was helpful and knowledgable about the products and the prices are fantastic I went for one pair of shoes and cause of the prices I left with two thanks DSW I’ll be back again soon

I like the store and I like the staff when I got to see them on the way out the door I got no help all shopping but I still like the place and the staff that I did see was very friendly prices were decent I would recommend going here

I was last-minute shopping for heels for an event and was helped by Taylor. We ended up chatting about a pair I'd seen online that were delivery-only and wouldn't arrive in time. Taylor immediately knew the shoes I was talking about, offered to check inventory for local stores, and ended up finding me a pair at the Ajax location and calling and having them placed on hold for me to drive out and get them. I am SO appreciative of Taylor's excellent customer service, and I'll definitely be back for more shoes!

bought a gift card for a present, can not be used online and I was told the card could be used at The Shoe Company not true! Shoe Company refused to honour the card.

Went in today and found the cutest hiking boots I didn't know I needed. They were in my favorite colours and on clearance. Double bonus. The ladies helped me, and I helped them. Cheers to Elizabeth, the unsung hero of the store today lol

Staff was extremely unfriendly, the cashier Taylor and the old lady whose name I didn’t catch were very very blatantly rude to me and about other customers. I’ve worked retail and I get that it’s not the most exciting job but I’ve never acted like that with a customer before. Prices and selection were okay but not worth the treatment. Don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.
