I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by VFS. As an applicant for UK citizenship, the biometric appointment is a crucial step in the process, and it is extremely time-sensitive. Unfortunately, I have been unable to book an appointment due to a series of errors on their website.Despite sending multiple emails to the VFS team, I have not received any response or assistance. This lack of support has caused me a great deal of stress and concern, as I am running out of time to complete this step in the process.The website itself is also extremely poor. It is not user-friendly and does not provide clear instructions or guidance. This has made the process even more frustrating and difficult.Overall, my experience with VFS has been subpar, The time sensitivity of this process should be taken seriously, and the fact that the VFS team has not provided any support or assistance is unacceptable. I urge them to improve their website and customer service, to ensure that applicants like myself are not left in a stressful and uncertain situation.Edit: was asked to message them on Facebook, I was told to reset my internet which clearly didn’t not fix the issue. I sent a few more messages but all communication stopped.This place needs to be shut down

The visa application center staff impressed me with their professionalism and expertise. They were very knowledgeable about the process and gave clear instructions. They were also kind and patient, answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I'm grateful for their great service, which made the visa application process easy and stress-free. I want to thank the staff for their hard work and dedication to their job. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the visa application center and would recommend it to others

I recently visited, and it was a extremely pleasant experience. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. The entire staff were respectful and professional.I want to thank Sophia specifically because she was so helpful and responsible in making sure all of my documentation were complete.

I am pleasantly surprised by my smooth experience. There were some dead links (e.g., the checklist) that I could not access despite them sending it to me via email and some items that were hard to find online.Pros:- Staff was very understanding and empathetic, doing their best to help- Smooth process after I had all my documents in place- I forgot who helped me, but the lady was very kind and patient despite handling someone before me who was less easy to work withCons:- No way to reschedule or contact if you are within 24 hours of your appointment (I did not try their number but I heard it does not work)- No way to confirm drop-in availability- Website does not mention drop-in. I believe this is before 1pm as long as you have all the right documents and the representative is availableI ended up doing 3 trips in total and spending a lot of money (missed my first appointment that I could not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours). Booked my second appointment only to forget one document that I had to go print, came back and they said they can take me in later that day, so came back again for my drop-in appointment.I am still glad I managed to get everything done in half a day. Make sure you have all your documents from the checklist, don't forget anything, and book a hotel/accomodation and refundable plane tickets so that you can get through the process (you don't need a visa to book plane tickets most of the time)

The appointment went very smoothly. Right on time and no hassle. Everyone was very professional and friendly! The name of the person who took my biometrics was Aman, and he was great to work with!Tiny thing - I wish they'd mentioned somewhere in their confirmation email that you cannot carry any electronics, I went in on my way to work and got dinged $ for locker charge to store my electronics for the 10 mins I was there for!

Went in for my UK Visa appointment 3 weeks ago - it was a pleasant experience, much improved and faster process than it had been a couple of years ago (during COVID). I arrived few minutes early for my appointment and everything was done within 10-15 mins. Aman took my biometrics and he was very efficient and helpful. Although I was informed about the estimated timelines of the passport being processed, I was happy to receive my passport back quickly with the visa stamped within a week!

Overall an easy and good experience. I forgot my documents in my vehicle and had to run back and get them. When I came back I was a few minutes until my booking time. The security personnel was very calm and reassured me that there was no rush. Once inside the individuals handling my application were very professional and answered all questions I had. The professionalism of all staff reassured me that the process will live up to the expected timeframe.

Had an absolutely sterling experience with the UK office procedures and the staff. They were helpful and quick to resolve ongoing tasks. Kudos to Aman for acting and answering fast to my concerns, this VFS location and future UK visitors are in good hands

Shout out to the UK Visa processing team, especially Aman, for restoring my faith in VFS. They were quick, efficient and polite with their instructions and processing of my application. I was in and out in under 40 minutes and even took me in earlier than my appointment time. Nice to see things turn around since the last time I was there 2 years ago.
