ONE star is too much for this service. They towed my car at the Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont before the time limit was up (15 min), and saw them turn the corner with it. I called and got extremely disgusting service and they refused to tell me the location of my car. Little did they know that their employee is a true loser who doesn't think and parked the car relatively close to my location.Thanks to some Good Samaritans, I was able to find my car and not pay their ridiculous fee of 75$. Not only did they accuse me of lying when I told them I saw the driver, he was stupid enough to drive back on the same street to come back. Advice to all: don't leave your car unattended at this hospital because they don't care if you respect the rules or not - they tow it anyway to make money.Good news - the drivers are a bunch of degenerates who don't even try to hide the cars properly so chances are, you'll be able to avoid paying them and find it yourself (it's probably within walking distance).AND THEY DAMAGED THE FRONT OF MY LUXURY CAR.

DO NOT PAY THEM, WALK AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO FIND YOUR CAR

Dont sign contract with this company they are never available for towing when you call

They take my car and i pay 145$ to get the address from them, and they broke my transmission oil pan, now i have to pay more than 400 to repair it,

If I parked my car in the wrong place (excluding blocking an entrance or something that could be dangerous for others) I'm ok with paying a fine. But to tow my car, my property and leave it somewhere on a random street....how can this be legal? Who pays it gets damaged? A gang of mafia rats. They refused to give me the name of their company.

Well people to let you know it is illegal for these tow company to force you to pay....do not pay them call 911

Can there please be an option for NO stars? My car was illegally towed, and the “person” who called it in is now reimbursing me. When I called for information about the towing, rudeness was unnecessarily demonstrated, and I was promised an invoice emailed to me 3 different times. I have yet to receive it. Perhaps it’s above their competence? I think l’ll contest the charge, and maybe then I’ll get a response.

Dites que vous N'avez pas de carte de crédit.3- Donnez leurs vos information (ou fausse information)4- Ne payé pas leur faux tickets qu ils vont vous envoyé ou appelé la police si vous voulez etre sur de cette information Cest ce que la police va vous dire de faire.

Si vous êtes victime d'un remorquage de cette compagnie. Appelez immédiatement la police car , il vont essayer de vous extorquer de l'argent en avance pour savoir où votre véhicule est caché. Pratique répugnante et complètement illégale. J'espère que justice vous seront rendu.

Like all other reviews this company towed my car where I was legally allowed to park, the person on the phone refused to speak English and refused to tell me where my car was. Terrible service, terrible company. 0 stars would be perfectly suited.
