Incredible photographers. They were so good on the day of and acted almost like second wedding coordinators because they were so efficient and knowledgeable about what photos needed to be taken and were communicating well with the other vendors. Strongly recommend.

I would highly recommend David and Kara to anyone looking for photographers for their wedding! Our engagement photos and wedding photos were better than we ever could have hoped for! We truly believe that every special moment of our day was captured. We had some miserable weather on our big day, but the photos turned out beautifully! We also loved that there were two photographers there. There were always two angles, so no special moments were missed! We absolutely love the sunset/night photos that they do! David and Kara blew us away! They instantly jumped on board with our harebrained idea to move up our wedding from over a year away to getting it done in five weeks. They accommodated a last minute engagement shoot so we were confident in front of the camera before the wedding. The photos were out of this world. David and Kara are an amazing team capturing every special moment, and more!

David was an amazing and easy person to work with! He is very funny so it definitely also helps with reducing the stress during the busy day... We got our sample photos back and love them!!! His attention to detail and creative shots make for very unique photos. I 100000% reccomend him.

David and Kara were beyond amazing. They were the vendor we were most happy with. They sent us emails throughout the planning process with wedding days tips and tricks that we found really helpful. Any time I called or reached out with a question (including- “David, can you find out exactly what time the sun sets on the day of the wedding and coordinate our schedule so we can get a sunset shoot?”) they got back to us within 24 hours. One thing we never thought of that David and Kara did was dress to impress. I find it tacky when the photographer at a wedding is so obvious. Wearing jeans and a t-shirt.. looking like the paparazzi. David and Kara showed up wearing dark dress clothing. Kara wore a beautiful sun dress making them both blend right in with our wedding guests. We often did not even notice they were there. They were so discrete but captured every moment so wonderfully. The day after the wedding we did a beach rock the dress shoot and David was a pro. He got right in the water on the beach, was probably eaten alive by horse flies the whole time and gave us an incredible rock the dress shoot. Lastly but certainly not least, I so often hear of photographers taking eons to get the photos back after the wedding. David and Kara has our photos edited and complete ON TIME. I would highly recommend David and Kara.

I cannot think of a better photography company to hire for your wedding day! David and Kara (a.k.a. Jonathan for us!) were very professional and accommodating to our every request. It was very easy to set up our meeting times, engagement session, and ask them a question whenever needed. They responded within 12 hours and always answered the questions asked with complete honesty.As it turned out Kara was not available for our wedding which meant that another photographer had to step into her spot. Jonathan was a seamless addition to the David and Kara photography team and helped capture our special day. I cannot say anything negative about this photography company! I would recommend David and Kara Photography to anyone who would like to have down to earth, honest, and dependable photographers at one of their life events.Moreover, what we found very refreshing about David and Kara Photography was that there were no hidden costs. None. It was great to know that the people who were in charge of capturing our wedding day were trustworthy and dependable. In addition, we received our photos (over 1400) within a week and half of our wedding which was amazing!
