he came immediately.Found that the city only repaired the one side of the pipe contacted city they said it was our fault this time and Drain Tek proved it was there's again so they ended up reimbursing home owner for all out of pocket expenses.Talk about helping us above beyond his duties.Nathaniel is pleasant and easy to talk to and is definitely on the customers side.Thank - You again Nathaniel for your kindness and compassion it is few and far between this day n age but you made my family happy and we are greatful.Blessings to your family and business.

Guys turned up on time and very quick response on booking an appointment. Would highly recommend. Flushing the drain to the city was great.. Showed me on camera screen the pipe they had cleaned. I stayed with them through the process and asked questions which they were happy ti answer.. A great experience for a home owner.

Excellent service from Nathan at Kamloops Drain Tek. We returned home from Christmas vacation to discover our main sewer drain was clogged. Nathan was able to clear the stubborn ice blockage with his array of drain cleaning equipment and know how. He was very quick to come to our help. Saturday morning leak. Located him on Facebook and called for an emergency fix. Answered and arrived within the hour....polite, friendly, on time, and even went to home depot to purchase a new tap. Definitely reccomend Nathaniel... Thanks for all your help
