Honestly the best part of our trip to Quebec City as a group of university students. The price was very reasonable, the location was less than a 10 minute walk from everything we wanted to see in Old Quebec, and the check-in process was convenient and smooth. Though the room was small (just large enough to fit 2 queen beds plus a mini fridge, nightstand, and a small bit of walking room between everything), it was extremely clean and was a comfortable place for us to stay. The washroom was stocked with everything we needed and the thermostat, fridge, sink, bath/shower, toilet etc. were all in good working order. Great value for the money and perfect for groups who don't need the fancy amenities (pool, gym, etc.), just a cozy and conveniently located place to stay for a few nights.

A lovely place to stay. The room was spacious and the staff were very nice and accommodating helping us store our luggage in a locked room so we could tour the town while waiting for check in. Despite the hotel being automated and “staff-less”, the virtual contacts were readily available to answer our questions. The location is superb, less than a 10 minute walk to the Hotel Frontenac and all the tourist attractions near it. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and a gorgeous view of the river. The only down sides are that there is no elevator and no parking on site, however, since everything is within walking distance, this was a very minor inconvenience. Would return without hesitation!

Very accessible and walkable location at Old Quebec. For those who will be seeking this place for the first time, look for the red establishment with the hotel's name in a signage at around the 2nd floor of the establishment

It seems odd at first but it's actually quite a nice little hotel. The room was modernly furnished and fairly large. Good communication by the company. The location is unbeatable bang in the middle of the old town. Downsides: the door locks seem somewhat flimsy and we were never sure if they really locked. Also, the walls aren't very sound proof.

Very cozy and affordable hotel on the walls of Old Québec City and overlooking the city harbour, as well as the Laurentian mountains on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River.

I could certainly take half of the blame for the two star rating for this Hotel. However, there are some serious concerns with this property.The only plus point here is the location with the property being opposite the marina and walking distance from the château and the other restaurants in Québec city.Since this is an automatic hotel with self check in service, the management needs to take some additional steps to ensure a smooth stay for all its occupants, especially tourists.There are minor inconveniences that pile up and cause concerns. The Google map locations don’t add up with the details on hotel booking website.While there is not check-in support, it is difficult to get in touch with the Hotel administration over a call.After going out during the evening once we came back, we were unable to access a room using our key because the door stuck.The other guests were helpful where they could assist in identifying a suitable support desk number. In the end we were able to push ourselves through inside our room.Like I mentioned earlier, minor inconveniences - lack of power plugs in the room. The rooms are poorly designed and may not be appropriately suited for tourists and travellers or working professionals.

The location is perfect and the room is very clean and cozy! Can’t ask more and the price is perfect! However, you would have to pray to have respectful neighbours. We had to fight and touch them manners as the neighbours were playing extremely loud Indian music the whole night! No receptionist to support and maintain the standards.

Directions on google send you the wrong way. Was kinda run down, tv didn't work well and doorknob fell off when I tried to open the door. Getting in was pretty easy, there's a balcony that was a nice extra. Beds were ok, coffee was garbage.

Unfortunately we were able to enter due to codes that did not work. I called customer service two and the codes still didn’t work. Apparently there are three entrances to the building. I was at the wrong one! No one at customer service indicated that there are three entrances and if you aren’t at the correct one, your code doesn’t work!!! After an hour and a half of dealing with that, we left and booked another hotel, which was amazing with excellent customer service. I called about a refund… three weeks later, I finally got a call and was offered only a partial refund. I guess I have to pay for not knowing there are three entrances!!! We didn’t even enter the hotel and I am paying for it!!!! They are pathetic. Customer service was inadequate, especially when I call TO GET HELP!!!! Shame on them.
