My daughter and I had a very good experience regarding the services and other things offered to us in regards to my wife's passing! We felt we were treated with respect and dignity. Riley Acciaroli one of the directors at the Funeral Home had treated us with the outmost kindness. They were sure that everything was carried out in regards to our wishes. I would definitely recommend them! Another family member had first recommended them as they pretty much did the same type of funeral services as other funeral homes but were overall somewhat cheaper in price! Thanks to her and the other staff it made our loss and pain much more bearable!

Attention to details,cleanliness,great atmosphere.The entire process was delt with compassion. Gord and his staff have directed three passing in my family; an Uncle,Grandma and recently my mum. Special thanks to Cori for everything.

PARKLAND FUNERAL HOME DROPPED MY HUSBAND TWICE!!!!! They deny it and said she wasn't even home" MY DOORBELL CAMERA DOESN'T LIE NOR DOES MY SON OR MY NEIGHBORS. The owner doesn't take my calls. My nonverbal daughter living with autism was home alone throughout the night while my husband passed in his sleep on the couch

We have have had several deaths in the past calendar year and have had Parkland funeral home conduct the funerals. Jolene personally handled every detail ensuring that we as a family did not have to worry about the little things on these incredibly difficult days. I would highly recommend using them as a company and you can be assured that a tough day will be made easier.

Jolene was wonderful. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. She was available when we had any questions. We had made prearrangements and it was a relief to make a brief phonecall on the day of my dad's passing and have Jolene take care of things. She told us to focus on our grieving and she would take care of next steps. We are thankful we chose Parkland funeral home.

My Grandfather passed away on April 4. Having had attended other funerals at Parkland we had heard very good reviews.We had the privilege to work with one of the directors in training, Jolene Santee. The process from the initial meeting to the day of the funeral was exceptional. The staff was very accommodating and Jolene's attention to detail from the paperwork, the video, the display of my Grandpas belonging, and even going out of her way to have my Grandpas favourite flavour of ice cream at the reception was a great relief to my Grandma. For the end of my Grandpas life we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were extremely impressed with their service and care. Jolene was our funeral director and went above and beyond. We were pleased with the pricing, they were under our budget and the funeral went off beautifully. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Parkland was very compassionate and caring for our fathers funeral and director Jolene went above and beyond to ensure Dad received the best care and attention. We were never pressured into any decision and I felt at ease in our time of need.
