I ordered balloons and a cake for my mom’s birthday to surprise her. One up has such an efficient service, store lady was super friendly and helpful. I have another party coming up soon, definitely coming here for everything.

GOOD quality balloons,many colours are ready in store.Very friendly staffs they helping me pick for my party balloons, and I also got a small bouquet of flowers at the end!What a great place!

Whats more disappointing than receiving deflated balloons for surprising your friend at her birthday . I think the store didn’t even check. The balloons started deflating not even 2 hours after pick up. We contacted the manager but they would only issue a 10% credit but it's meaningless since I won't order from here anymore. I would not order Or recommend this place again to anyone.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Great service, quality products, helpful staff! Went there to get some birthday balloons and realized how many different creations they have! and they have beautiful flowers as well. I didn't have anything in mind specifically but the staff helped me pick out the best color combos. Their customer service is excellent, they answered all my questions patiently (I asked a lot of questions :) )A great experience overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will definitely come back :)

Never Hire this company with their Poor Customer Service!!!The experience was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I regret to say that I would never recommend One Up Balloon to anyone.I am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the service provided by ONE UP company on the day of my order delivery. I had requested two deliveries; one to a restaurant before 6 pm and another to my home as a surprise gift for my husband at 3-4pm. However, the experience was far from satisfactory.At 2:30 pm, I received a message from someone claiming to be from One Up Balloon, stating that the delivery would arrive in 15 minutes. However, it was the time I had planned to go pick up my sons. I immediately called the number provided, but there was no response. I then called the office number and detailed my predicament, and to my surprise, the owner answered my call with a very unprofessional attitude.I explained my situation, but he responded with a rude tone, saying there was nothing to be concerned about and that this was how their small business system worked. To my astonishment, he abruptly hung up the call.The service was so bad that it made my son bus home by himself, and my husband had to help me drop the other kids at home. To add insult to injury, my husband saw the company logo on the truck in front of my house,I spent over $700 on this surprise for my husband only to be met with terrible service that caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.I seriously request that you should take urgent steps to address your service issues and improve your customer service. I expect a resolution to this matter and for you to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.

Bought birthday balloon and flowers for my friend. My friend love it so much! Btw how sweet is their customer service! And they have website for shopping online which is convenient with no doubt. Will recommended and expect for next time!

I ordered these balloons for my friend’s birthday party. The colours of these balloons just look stunning, and each balloon just really matches with one another. And the delivery service is great and on time! Will definitely come back again if ever having more birthdays coming up !

First time trying their cake on Christmas Eve, the texture was so good!! I also found some unique wax candles from their store, my day was complete!
