Even one star is too much for him. He doesn’t know how to do his job and how to deal with an unsatisfied customer. If you wanna give him some clothes to fix it, make sure you’re gonna take a photo of your clothes before give it to him, otherwise he wont be responsive for any damage. He ruined one brand new Italian suit.

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t own many suits and don’t really know how to shop for them. He took the time to help match a suit to what I normally wear and stuff. It was great, highly recommend.

Very irresponsible about the work they do. Very rude and inappropriate language with customers. A bad tailoring work done by them but wouldn’t accept the faulty result. I certainly will not recommend this place for any alteration work as they don’t respect the clients.

I found it to be very expensive and it took three trips for him to get the alterations right! He wasn’t listening to what I wanted and really wanted me to take the pants and go!

Gabriel has been working in this industry for 50 years and it shows. He has a good eye for what works and he also is very friendly and takes interest and care in his clients. He went over and above for my fiancés wedding suit. Thank you Gabriel and Sharon!

Called this morning to ask a question about their clothing. A man answered the phone without saying who he was. I asked for his name. He said why? I said: so I know to whom I am speaking? Very unprofessional the way he answered the phone. I need a suit for my son's wedding. Guess what? Will not consider nor recommend this store ever. Unbelievable attitude. If he worked for me he would get a warning about his conduct.

I went in to get measured for a suit. Even though I wasn’t buying a suit in store and was getting measured for a wedding abroad, the staff was very friendly and courteous. Price was $20 for their time, which I think is fair.
