I've been going to s&r knives for just over a year and a half now, not to say once sometimes twice a month and everytime I am there I get the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. They have the best selection obtainable at a brick and mortar store in Toronto and they have even been able to order items in for me in a very timely manner. I highly recommend s&r knives

I love coming into this store, the staff is extra friendly and they let you check out all of the products without giving you an attitude you'd probably get elsewhere. On top of that, my most recent purchase had a manufactor defect. This week I went into the store to see if I could do an exchange and I was in an out of the store within 2 minutes. The gentleman looked at my item and said no problem, grabbed my replacement, and I went on my way!

Had a great experience here today, amazing selection, very knowledgeable, really appreciated being allowed to handle the knives prior to purchasing, will be back for sure.Edit: 29/12/22 My Father and I went in today, I got the Benchmade 940 and Dad got the Spyderco Para 3 with the camo scales. Exceptional customer service once again. Can’t recommend this store enough. Thanks for another great experience.EDIT: was back again, this place never fails to amaze. Love purchasing from this store, customer service that is out of this world. Make sure you go on Saturdays between 10-3 and make use of Taylor Sharpening, this guy is a Houdini with sharpening, and blade work. Can’t wait to visit again.

I haven't been in-person for awhile, not since they moved and I lost my collecting bug. Adding a second to all the great reviews, they've always been patient with customers and they offer a more than fair deal for their products.Hope to visit again soon as I have my eye on a few fixed blades.

Worth the trip anytime I go. Selection is excellent. First visit (2010?) I got a Spyderco Copa and Kiwi because I could not leave one behind. Another Spydie today.

I took the trip up last week for the first time and I was not disappointed. I had done many hours of research on their website to narrow down what I was after. Once you set foot in the store you will be confused as to what to get, because you’ll want to buy more than you thought. They have it all. Very friendly and patient owner. Thank you! I will have to limit my visits due to lack of self control… but hopefully see you again in time. Cheers

Absolute pros. Took my SAK in to have custom scales put on, very professional. Great inventory that you cannot find anywhere else in the city of Toronto. Picked up a Baby Banter while I was in the store because I was so impressed. Will be back soon!!

Great guys and a great store. If you're looking for a EDC, work blade, hunting blade, bushcraft knife, camping blade or axe, throwing knives and axes, parts and upgrades for your knife, sharpening system, ..........this is the store for you. Can't beat the prices/service and the guys are not going to pressure you into buying something. It's a quick stop off the 427 and always a pleasure to visit.
