Tasted like windex :) Ordered the Coffee Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls. The coffee tasted like windex….Service was fine… bit awkwardAtmosphere was nice but dirty..Overall wouldn’t go back…

Honestly the best bubble tea in Waterloo region especially because of the fresh fruit they cut right in front of you! The mango bubble tea is hands down the best and well worth it. They have one machine where you can place the order if it is too busy in the line up which is a great option. The sit down ambience is also great.

If there is an option I would give zero rating for the customer service. The lady who served there this am, was so rude and very disrespectful to us. She was showing all her attitudes and behaved like an very arrogant person. If its racial issue then she should not work anywhere. I am not saying that I need a welcoming smile but at least need a humanitarian consideration and treat as human beings not as animals. We visited fairview mall today because of only drinking this bubble tea but we cancelled the order as we had very unpleasant experience from that particular employee. And we would never ever go back again…..So I would not recommend this place as long as they are not well taking care of customers….

I will highly recommend to visit real fruit bubble tea in Fairview park mall. I recently tried strawberry smoothie which was recommended by their manager.“ MUST TRY ONCE”

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Just consistently really well made smoothies (that’s all I can speak on). Sometimes I find they may be slightly more thick/fluidy than other times, but still really good nonetheless! They definitely taste fresh.Perhaps the only criticism - sometimes the staff will “tell” you that you can use the self-serve kiosk, almost as if they don’t give you the chance if you want to order at the counter.

Nice place. I tried mango diamond slush size small. It was yum. I am personally not a fan of black pearl. Overall the drink was good.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
I went to two London locations when I lived there and loved the consistency in taste, quality, and service. This location however the customer service was very poor. The person who took my order didn't greet me, didn't tell me the price, didn't even tell me the machine was ready for me to pay. I told him what I wanted and he just left to make the drink. Lacking basic communication and customer service etiquette, all with his earphones in.The smoothie was fantastic; they're great everytime but the service at this spot definitely needs improvement.

Service here is first class. Love that I can order on the touchscreen and have my drink made quickly. Lots of friendly staff and a really nice vibe here. Nice play to relax and enjoy a drink. Does get busy. Lots of foot traffic here. Keep up the great work guys.

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Honestly this place has been my favourite since these many months. They’ve been serving one of the best mango diamond slush I have ever tasted but the service is pathetic. Standing in front of the counter since 7-10 mins the staff is looking at me but no one approached to take the order. After a time I had to upfrontly ask them for the order status.Incredibly poor service.
