7 Bishop Parking

Loved the location of this parking lot. It’s accessible and clean for my commute to work. The owner is super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this lot

Ok parking, but this building is in a horrible location right next to High Voltage Power Lines that has strong Electromagnetic Radiation, which is very Harmful to your health. Vogue Condominiums located at 7 Bishop Ave is over-rated and over-priced. In 2019, right before the COVID pandemic, I was paying $105/month for a parking spot at 7 Bishop Ave, while later found out that adjacent buildings have private owners renting out parking spots for $70/month.Also, 7 Bishop Ave is a horrible place to live in, as it's right next to High Voltage power lines, as shown in the pictures below. High voltage power lines have very strong Electromagnetic Radiation that's very bad for your health and especially bad for children's health. Your home need to be at least 500 meters from these High Voltage power lines to avoid their strong Electromagnetic Radiations, but 7 Bishop Ave is within 10 to 15 meters from the High Voltage power lines!Some people say whenever they approach an area with High Voltage power lines, they can feel a strange sensation like a charge going through their body. There's No Way living near these areas is going to be good for you long term! Especially worse if you have kids growing up nearby.Even at Late Night such as 2:30AM you'll hear lots of Street Noise such as noisy cars & Motorcycles driving by. Your sleep quality will suffer greatly if you don't like noise. What's worse, in the winter, every time it snows (i.e. pretty much every other night this past winter from late November til late March as it's been a very snowy winter in Toronto), the Finch GO bus terminal right next door has a very small but Very Noisy snow plow truck plowing snow all night til 2:30AM to 3:00AM. If you cannot sleep well with Loud noise from machinery & noisy snow plowing trucks, stay Away from this condo!Also, if you're a tenant, be aware that some landlords in this building, such as a greedy and stingy old woman named Ewa Green who owns multiple parking spots in this building, will refuse to repair/replace your building access card if it stops working. You'll have to pay $40 out of your own pocket to the property manager to get your own access card or key fob. Then when you move out, the key fob becomes totally useless, and the property manager will refuse to take back your key fob for a refund. You just wasted $40 that should have been the landlord's responsibility. So, if you don't want to throw money to the toilet while letting greedy landlords make profit from you month after month, Avoid these landlords like the plague, and avoid this condo building at all costs to prevent yourself being exposed to strong Electromagnetic Radiation .

I have been renting a parking space at 7 Bishop for 9 years to date. The parking garage is always clean and well-maintained, and the lighting is bright. My experience over the years with management has been excellent...always accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate recommending 7 Bishop Parking, especially if you are looking for direct TTC subway access from your parking location.
