Brad was GREAT! He did everything that you would expect a realtor to do plus things that you would not expect. Not only did he manage to keep both my wife and I happy (who had quite different expectations and approaches), he devoted a lot of time to our search and never gave up, even when we thought it was hopeless.He did a lot of little extras such loaning us tote boxes to help with packing, suggesting a handyman to help fix up the house, suggesting a stager, helping with a storage unit, taking garbage to the dump and coming to our aid when we could not get into the new home on the day of sale!I could not have expected more.
