Ground Electrical Contractors

I engaged Ground Electrical to complete the electrical portion of my basement renovation. The experience was a great one form start to finish.I was contacted by one of their senior electricians to schedule an initial inspection and estimate. The electrician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He asked great questions and took his time to understand the scope of work. I promptly received a detailed estimate which I approved.Once the work was completed, Ground Electrical arranged for the final inspection. This is where Ground Electrical demonstrated the ultimate in customer service. The inspector did not approve a portion of the work through a misinterpretation of the code by the inspector as applied to my situation. Rather than get into a dispute with the inspector, Ground Electrical did extra work and scheduled the re-inspection. They even showed up when the inspector arrived to ensure all questions were answered. As Steve says, “The job is not complete until the inspection is signed off.”I would gladly recommend Ground Electrical for all your electrical needs.

Follow Up on Warranty Service is becoming concerning. Steve so far has not made a commitment to fix the system he installed. Texting him for almost 1 month (since May 17th). I will update my post as this situation develops.Update (June 28th): Steve made good on the warranty service, so I appreciate that.

Steve and Roley did an excellent job hooking up my hot tub and fixing some wiring issues I had in my kitchen. Very responsive. Overall, a very positive experience.

Excellent service, exceptional work and left a clean environment when complete!! I recently used Ground Electrical for pot lights, changing a bathroom fan and moving adding switches during my home renovation. Roley and Knox were fantastic! They were super responsive in providing a quote, proactive in keeping me informed of their schedule, arrival and departure times and their work was impeccable despite having the complexity of an older home. The process of pot lights in an older home is a messy job but they left each day with a clean space and it sure made the experience of a renovation while living in the property with children so much easier. Quote and final invoice aligned perfectly so no final surprise fees and overall 10/10 rating for everything they did for me. Fair pricing, excellent value and if you need any electrical work this is the place to stop shopping and start your project!

Roley is professional, punctual, friendly, and knowledgable. Not to mention determined when we encounter challenges. One thing I appreciate is Roley's communication. He always responds to my messages quickly and keeps me in the loop if I'm not around. I don't know anything about electricity but I trust that Roley has my best interests in mind. I will be recommending him to anyone in need of an electrician!
