The place is bad to buy to much cockroaches in the building and the pool is closed from two years.Lots of sound at night in the building.

Safe and friendly. Nice place to live. Very close to Bramalea city center and chingacousy park. good place for families

Building is maintained well. Maintenance fees are not high if you take into consideration what is actually included - which is pretty much everything, including premium cable TV! Underground parking is a bonus and included as well. Property manager is extremely knowledgeable and nice.... Anything else you want to know, feel free to ask me!

Surrounded by public transportation and it’s at walking distance to everything you can imagine... shops, pubs, restaurants, walk-in clinics, 200acre park, gym and library... and even police is just around the corner!

Very old building but cleaning is done properly. Staff is alert. Lot of cockroaches in the building.

My Brothers and Sisters, In this building,maintenance fees can be raised any time; features;Here the hot temperature is maintained in summers; cold in the winters and you find the rain during rains, at floors. BUILDING MAINTENANCE.The lobby doors are kept open to avoid breakinnnns. Walk in and knock the Managers Office door, where we have the Cameras control; I pray for you, you ever get an answer. SECURITY MAINTENANCE.i bought an apartment in 2011.WHOM shall i thank; pl suggest me THANKS I love you all pl NNthink
