I recommend getting your hair done here everybody’s very friendly from the doctor to the The nurses they made it a very comforting and at ease experience , it really is a painless procedure I was very scared almost chickened out but because of the amazing staff and doctor they made it easy for me, I’m extremely happy and satisfied I came to this place to preform my transplant I would highly recommend to anyone I give it a 10/10

I would give it zero stars if I could.I didn’t actually get to make an appointment, professionalism is none existent with this company. I believe they write their own reviews also, if you read them you’ll see a consistent pattern in the reviews. I initially contacted them through Instagram, they answered a few questions. When I asked for the doctors name they also answered. When I looked up the doctors name on google it was no where to be found so I asked again for clarification just in case maybe they spelled it wrong. I stopped getting a response from them at that point. Good thing instagram tells you if the person has seen your message because both times I asked I was left on read. After that I decided I will call the number listed, maybe that would give me answers to my questions? yeah right, instead the person on the other end answered with just a hello, as if it is his personal line and he has no idea anything is being forwarded to him. I actually thought I may have had the wrong number but when I called back I asked if that’s the number to the clinic he responded with a yes. I explained I been trying to speak to someone properly and he said he’ll call me back in 20 minutes. hours later, here I am. Still no call lol so I would probably refrain from this establishment if you care anything about the level of concern and care your surgeon will have for their patients.

Promised an appointment and did not show up at the clinic. Came from very very far. Then refused to respond on his cell and picked up call after long time to say he's coming but never came after hours and hours and didn't bother apologizing. Waste of time! At least he could be honest

Hi,I will share my entire experience from beginning.I have contacted them through Instagram by seeing their advertisement. Been in touch with Dr Alex and he answered me almost every questions which i have and also I asked them for some paperwork like warranty and payment receipt and I was told that they will give it to me and so then I booked my appointment for hair transplant on 24th July. I was under impression that I will get it but then they start my procedure so I thought I ll get it when I am done but my procedure took long and Dr. Alex left even without informing me which I feel little unprofessional and got disappointed there.During the procedure nurses were so good and very helpful and they make sure that there is no pain and it doesn’t hurt me because they keep asking me all the time so it was very good. Look like they were very professionally trained and start from taking grafts from donor area to implant was very smooth.For hairline I would say I am little unhappy but it’s ok I feel may be it should be like that cause I feel it’s should be start from little down and it’s little up but I am ok with it if I get the results.Now after that when they were implanting they figure it out that it shouldn’t be finished in 1 day and they have to book me for second session and Dr. Alex booked me for 1st of Aug. so the day before around 4pm I just messaged Alex just to remind and for confirmation then he said that they are closed for 2 to 3 weeks due to some sterilization and can rescheduled me for after 28th Aug so I requested him to schedule me ASAP as I hv some plan later and I might not be able to get it done. so here also I got little disappointed that they didn’t informed me and luckily I confirmed cause I live far from the clinic.Now the funniest thing what I found today is again I found there is an advertisement on Instagram with some different clinic names but address is still same and which makes me think that if they are closed for 2 to 3 weeks they how and why they put the advertisement as they are not able to do any procedures because that’s what I have been told.So I am now waiting for my 2nd session and once it’s done I can put the review again with the experiences and results.So according to the entire experience I gave 3 stars just because the nurses who really worked hard on me and was very helpful. For final results I hv to wait for couple of months cause it’s been only 10 days since my first session.I hope if they keep an eye on each reviews.Thanks

After 8 months searching for the best hair transplant clinic in country I finally find this great place and now after 1 year from surgery my hairline is restored. I suggest this place to all. Thank you Aesthetic Secrets Clinic
