The haircut was not at all accurate there were hidden charges and I didn't get cleaned up after. The styling done made my hair look very bad and ruined the natural form of my hair. The layers in the hair are uneven and very shabbily done. I suggest not going to this store ever.

Asked thrm to cut a section a previous hairdresser missed. It was literally 2 ×1". Took 3 mins. More would have come off if I had my bangs cut. Got charged for a full haircut at $27.00. Had thought about changing to them but after that I will never walk back in the door."

Walked in Dora looked at my head and we both agreed l needed help lolDora started with a mess and made it look terrific!! Now Dora does my hair, she is funny, professional, wonderful hospitality.My experience walking in was comfortable and relaxing, and they follow the Covid19 guidelines. Pretty impressive!!!

I've visited here twice now and both times have been told they do not take a name on a wait list even when the wait time might be an hour. I can get a lot done at the plaza and be back well before an estimated time but I'd like to know I'm still on the schedule. My last visit... even though I had been sitting waiting... a regular, looking for more services than her, woild have been taken before me had the customer not spoken up to say I was before her.My trim took 10 minutes. $30.00. It was not a trim of *my* hairstyle. It was a hack job of what the stylist wanted to provide in order to move onto the next customer before the ibe other stylist was available.Convenience convinced me to make a second visit but it won't bring me back three times.

They really know what they are doing. Another great haircut. Was able to get in half an hour after calling in. Highly recommended!

My Covid-19 grown extra long hair needed a good cutting. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately and received prompt and good quality service. The stylist suggest using a leave in moisturizer that has made my hair look and feel really great!

Brought my son into HairCrafters this afternoon, Absolutely HORRIBLE hair cut done on my 12 year old son. UNEVEN CUT - and to top it off a RABBIT TAIL AT THE TOP OF HIS HEAD!! Hairdresser didn't follow instructions nor follow the reference photo shown to her.My son is devastated. This is unacceptable service for a young boy. Poor kid, wont even take his hat off!!Fix your services. ASAP!!!We will NEVER be coming back.

I went in with shoulder length hair.I showed the stylist" a pic of a long boband came out looking like all the little old ladies.Not even an inch long!!!!I told her to stop cutting a couple of times!!!I'm going to have to wear a hat for 2 or 3 months!!!! I'm so upset I'm goig to get my money back tomorrow!!!!My dog has more hair than I do. !!!!!Totally pissed!!!!!!"

My mom (a senior) had such a great experience at your salon today that she wanted me to post this review for her. She said the stylists were so professional, she was given a nice cup of coffee, and her hair turned out beautifully. She said Dora has done her hair many times and she's always been fully satisfied !
