Todd was very responsive, answered all my questions and was able to get our roof done quickly, even considering some nasty weather. We are super pleased we chose Crown Roofing. Their shingles have a 40 year warranty and a 10 year warranty on the labour. After getting three different quotes from different roofers, we chose Crown for their warranty, quality work at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys

Crown Roofing did my Torch Down roof in March 2022. When I eventually got onto the roof to inspect, I found out that they did not remove the old starter strip and failed to torch the roofing material around the sides of the skylight, which leaks when it rains.I have phoned the owner Todd Reteff numerous times about the issues, and he fails to honour the warranty or fix the problem with the roof. I have asked for the manufactures warranty, and I still do not have it in my possession.I have to find a good roofing company to fix the issues found and may take legal action to recoup the repair costs incurred. I do not recommend Crown Roofing or Todd Reteff to do roofing work.

We hired Crown to replace our roof in preparation to list our house. Rob and his team were great. They were efficient and professional throughout the process. They quickly took care of some minor damage caused by removing the old shingles and left our property in great shape as promised.
