My wife and I have used the Boat Works in Blind River since before Brian and his dad, Mel, purchased it (from George and Lorraine). Although we did buy a new Yamaha OB there we have primarily utilized their haul-in, haul-out and storage services for many, many years. Brian and his crew (esp Brent...if it's a motor and it's on/in a boat, he can fix it!) have been outstanding to work with...exceedingly flexible and Blind River"-friendly. The 5-star rating I give them is not for an episodic encounter

Boating miscellaneous selection good for town. Got screwed for boat purchase! Father and son owners don't communicate. Lost new boat promised because they went with buyer who wanted financing.
