Russ did an amazing job cleaning and tightening the carpeted areas in our new house. It was great to move in knowing everything had been taken care of. His communication was excellent and we will definitely be using him for future cleaning needs!

After Russ from this company gave me a quote of $1000 to clean a single carpeted bedroom, I let him know that I wasn't interested. He then proceeded to send me an email that was unprofessional. If you like professional services, I may look elsewhere.

had a 'ripple' in my carpeting and hired VICTORIA CARPET CARE to fix it (living room, dining room and family room), as well as a cleaning afterwards. Russell Sheriff did a wonderful job and I am so pleased with the end result. He was prompt returning my initial call, came to the house and provided an estimate very quickly. Arrived at the appointed time today, was very professional and took the time to answer my many questions during the process. i highly recommend his company!

Victoria Carpet Care is one of the best businesses I have ever worked with. They are professional and their work is amazing. Not to mention, their staff and the owners are absolutely great. If you need your carpets, rugs or upholstery cleaned you have to give them a call.
