Max Heating just completed installation of a new Diakin furnace in our house. We cannot say enough good things about Dave the owner and his crew. Dave is very knowledgeable and he took his time to explain all the ins and outs about furnace to us.. His crew was extremely professional and competent. We had a fitting let go on our iron filter flooding the lower level of our house. This was an insurance claim but they treated us like we hired them. The furnace needed to be serviced, shower reinstalled as well as other plumbing work redone after the other trades repaired the walls and other damages. They also had to install a new iron filter and water softener. Well done guys awesome job!

Max AC came by to give me a second opinion on my AC. It wasn’t blowing cold air. They were honest, professional, and forthcoming. My first quote from a competitor was $2600, they were able to fix it for under $500. I appreciate greatly the fast service and their helpfulness. Much gratitude!

They installed an AC unit 4 years ago, really smooth process. Fast forward to now, the compressor had issues, so they sent out a tech who was able to effectively diagnose the problem and fix it within minutes. Clear communication both times and would highly recommend.

They also relocated a hot water tank, to make room for future basement development.The employees working for Max Heating, worked hard, fast & efficient. They answered any questions I had, cleaned up behind themselves, and were genuinely interested in my satisfaction. Dave and his team will get my highest recommendation to anyone who needs their service!

WARNING - DO NOT USE! This company is absolutely terrible and is run by unethical ownership. We suffered damages and continued basement flooding due to their negligence. We were recommended to use them to scope out plumbing lines when we had a sewage backup. It cost us over $550, we were told everything was good to go now, no major issues, and we were supposed to be provided camera footage and a formal report. We paid our bill and did not receive the footage or report. Then we installed flooring and finished our basement based on their expertise. We had another flood causing a bunch of damage. Had them back again and this time they actually found the issue they should have found the very first time, the pipe sags that had been causing the problem. Again they didn't provide their camera footage or report and we were threatened we wouldn't receive it from either visit until we paid the second $550 bill. We had a subsequent flood because they did not do their job properly the first time, resulting in us paying several thousands of dollars out of pocket. This company refused to pay for us for the damages they caused AND wouldn't even refund us for the the negligent work they charged us for. They have zero integrity and shouldn't be in business.

The crew at Max Heating and AC are top notch, from the easy phone quote provided by Dave to the fast, efficient and quality installation. I got 9 quotes from various AC providers in Edmonton and area and Max was by far the cheapest. I went with a ‘cosmetically damaged’ model, as Max is the only dealer in the area that has ‘domestically damaged’ Goodman units and they are able to provide them an an awesome price (and 2-years Labour warranty) as a result. The only noticeable damage on my unit was at the back where a small dent was visible - otherwise it was brand new. If you’re looking to get central air look no further than Max!

Our on demand hot water was not working. I called and a service person was dispatched immediately.The service person was exceptional and diagnosed the problem immediately.This company provides customer care to the highest level. Max heating has a maintenance plan we will take advantage of. Maintenance reminders will include yearly services and inspections as necessary to water, heating, and AC. I’ll let the experts manage these home systems on an ongoing basis avoiding unexpected issues. Thanks Max heating.
