Great store. What they don’t have on hand (they carry a limited selection of HO and N scale products) they can happily order in, usually most anything in stock from the Walthers catalogue. Good pricing and service. Have used their services on many occasions.Highly recommended.

Great little hobby shop for any level of model railroader. The staff are very helpful and have great insight into the hobby and will know just what you need. If you don't see what you are looking for, be sure to ask the staff as they can pretty much order just about anything you would need for the world's greatest hobby.

I have been going to this model railroading store ever since I got into N scale trains. The staff ( Bev and Fred) are very nice and very knowledgeable about all things model railroading. The N scale selection is not too bad, but N scale selection is always limited at any store you go to no matter where. They will special order products for you however no problem. I think because of the Canadian dollar and economy as well as other factors, most stores do not carry as much product as they did before COVID. The HO train selection is quite good. The store also has a nice selection of scratch building supplies as well as paint, glues and scenery products for your layout. They also have a good consignment selection of rolling stock etc. I love coming to this store and we do really need to support such brick and mortar shops before they all disappear from our cities.

Small store, next to no inventory and what they do have is mostly old, very old and way over priced. Staff isn't very friendly and the hours suck. Still amazed it's still there.

I went to buy some wheels and couplers, which I don’t find online and while purchasing what I need, I said I got some stuff already bought online and she immediately stop answering my questions and said if you buy stuff online I won’t answer for your questions and don’t loose my business. Very rude lady I already bought 400$ items last week from her. She is kind of lady if you buy stuff from somewhere she don’t want them to come to her store. Never going back to that store. Yes definitely the prices are cheaper if we bought online.

I really like this store, it is a classic example of a sole proprietorship based on the passion of the owner. The store has lots of interesting inventory and the staff have an even greater knowledge of the model railroad hobby that they are very eager to share.

Excellent service, did not have what I was looking for , but they ordered the item from there supplier. Who knew all you have to is ask and they can get the item
