Ordered one black iced Americano and one dirty chai latte . Worst coffee I've had. The espresso was poured right over the ice and water added. Not shaken at all, and iced coffee should be shaken and strained over fresh ice. The dirty chai latte is not terrible but mostly syrup. It was $16 with tip for two coffees. Waste of money ! Do not recommendReply to the rudest owner of all time :You have no idea what you are talking about sir, even your staff said that you tell them not to shake, which is ridiculous. I am a barista in Toronto and that is how EVERYONE does it. Your business should be boycotted because your staff looks miserable because you're probably a really delusional boss. Good luck in life

Great atmosphere, nice music, great location(close to the lakeshore)! But the vanilla chai tea latte had a strong taste of the syrup, and the pastries were mediocre… The scone was too soft in my opinion, the almond croissant was alright.

The coffee house has a cosy environment. If you want sweet coffee without sugar you can try vanilla latte. Latte was also good. You can try this place.

Great location, quite place with a lake view. The staff are friendly, but the food was old and you can taste the burned oil from the sandwich. No selection of bread, and you have no choice but to eat old bread when ordering a sandwich!

Nice location with a great view!I was really craving my morning coffee and ordered a Caramel Macchiato, unfortunately it wasn’t great.When you know about the coffee business, you become very picky.Milk should never be boiled!Ham and cheese bagel was ok, nothing special.Anyway, I’ll keep looking for the perfect coffee place!

Great location wasted on an owner who clearly doesn't know anything about what he's serving and has 0 customer service experience. Just because you can own a business doesn't mean you should. I give the location less than 2 more years before it's got to close its doors. Coffee somehow tastes stale even though it's poured from some all in one machine, staff seem miserable, pastries look dried up and old. Everything is overly priced, and it is probably to pay for the coffee machine.

My favorite coffee shop in Burlington, has the best lattes my favorite are the salted caramel and vanilla iced lattes , coffee , they have fresh pastries everyday and ice-cream, the staff and owners are also very friendly .

The 3 star Google rating is based on eco effort.Staying locally we stopped in for our morning coffee.As eco warriors we always choose a ceramic mug rather than a take away.Unfortunately at this establishment we could clearly see the ceramic mugs but the operator mentioned they no longer serve in ceramic.We thanked her and walked down the street to Coffee Culture Cafe were they served in ceramic and the photo was captured.

Lakeshore Coffee House
We stumbled upon this place as we were looking for a coffee shop. Didn’t even know this place was here.We grabbed a couple of coffees and some baked goods; croissant and a muffin. Both were excellent.When we went there, there was a line up, with one person behind the counter helping.The service was pleasant. The cafe is very clean, everything is self service, order and find a place to sit.
