Excellent service! They took good care of my car and took the time to park it nice and close to the bushes so it was out of the way. I hadn't ask the driver to do this because I felt it would be asking too much, he did it on his own! Thats what I call exceptional service!

Absolute crook. Needed a tow from Summerland to Penticton, 15 min ride. Charged me far more than the fee for the police calling him then proceeded to threaten to charge me a standby fee" because I had to very quickly run into my apartment to get my card and pay him. Gone 1-2 mins max and came running back out. I don't remember his name but you'd be better off calling anyone else in the area because this guy will take you for every cent he thinks he can get."

Very unprofessional company, spilled hydraulic oil in front our house. The didnt report the oil spill. They have not even apologized for what they have done to our property. I had to report the oil spill to bc authority . For two weeks , they have not come to fix until I threatened them To file civil suit against them.

Rene was excellent. He answered my call immediately and I was able to send him pictures of my vehicle to help explain the issue at hand. Before I knew it, he was at my location with a truck and my problem with fixed with ease. I highly recommend Rene. He was skilled, professional, friendly and fast! I will absolutely call him again if I'm ever in a bind.
