First time home buyer. I had no idea where to start. I got in contact with Emira Hadzic on a Sunday evening and met her the next day to view a house. She listened to what my needs were and sent me a list of homes that matched my needs. After looking at several houses, I found a house 6 days later and put in a offer. 6 days after that, conditions were removed. Everything happened so fast. She guided me step by step on the buying process and answered all of my questions. She supplied me with a mortgage specialist, several home inspectors, and lawyers to choose from. Emira works 7 days a week and even works during the evening. I'm not kidding! She even worked on Mother's day. Does she ever sleep? Nutan Thakur was my family and I accidental realtor. I found a house I liked on Renter and booked an appointment. When my family and I went to the house we met her. It was a bit awkward at first because the house we taught we were going to see wasn’t the house she was the realtor for.
