North Prairie Rentals is a very professional company. I recently started renting a new (and beautiful) place from them and the move-in process was seamless. They sent me all the required forms, a list of instructions, and access to their app right after I signed my lease. The app is also a super helpful tool to keep track of repair requests and other important announcements.The rental itself is modern, well-maintained, and has everything I need. I am super happy with this company and how organized they are. I definitely recommend them!

Please avoid these unprofessional, irresponsible, and amateur people. They are just waisting your valuable time. I was looking for an apartment and after several days looking for the unit, when they could not answer my questions, simply they dropped me from the queue by saying the unit is no longer available, just fake people. Very unprofessional service. Do not waist your time by dealing with these people. They do not even have info about the unit that they want to offer you. Just gave me wrong info. Please go to other reasonable and professional people and do not blindly fall in their traps. Do not recommend them!!!

I rented a property from North Praire rentals for 6 months. In that time, I learned a few things about the company and how they operate. I will rate the main aspects of a property management company.Customer service 2/10 - very difficult to contact any persons working at this company. 5-10 business days for a response was not unusual.Property maintenance - 1/10 - they will not fix things that are broken. Had a dryer malfunction, after which we informed the company with no response. The basement leaked when it rained. However, they did replace the furnace filter and checked fire alarms.Deposits - 3/10 - they will return your damaged deposit and any other money that has been prepaid. However, they will find any reason to reduce the amount returned from the damage deposit with little to no explanation.Yard management - 8/10 - grass is cut on a regular basis, and snow is cleared when convenient for them.Overall, my experience was poor. I would not recommend anyone rent a property under north praire. They prioritize money over everything. Not even 1 days grace for being late with rent (my employer was slow with payment). The irony is that they will be ridiculously late with deposit returns. Don't rent here. Find something, somewhere else.

Had been watching real estate postings for nearly a year preparing to purchase our home when we came across one for the Aria from North Prairie. We instantly loved the layout online and had our realtor get us in to see in it person. The finished model we saw was beautiful but had a bit of a smaller yard than we had hoped for. Thankfully she was able to find the same floor plan that had just been framed in the same neighborhood with the perfect yard so we snagged it up right away. North Prairie was great in helping us do a few customizations that we wanted and everything turned out amazing. We had been through a few of the other builders in the neighborhood as well but personally found the finishes with North Prairie to be a little higher quality than some. We love it, can’t say enough great things about our new home and the customer service we’ve received from them.

I have rented from a few companies in the Saskatoon area and I have to say, North Prairie Rentals is hands down the best one I've ever dealt with. The staff are extremely friendly and the properties are meticulously maintained. And if something breaks (it rarely does), they'll be out to repair it the next day. We rented for 2 years and loved every minute of it. I can't recommend them enough!

It is a great locally owned and operated real estate company. I have been renting with North Prairie for past 4 years and it is seamless. They offer very prompt services and great at maintaining landscaping/condo services. They are a bit expensive as compared to other renting agencies and off late, rent increases have been annual affair. They also offer the unique equity program that allows you to accumulate some portion of your rent into equity that can be used to purchase a house from North Prairie.

North Prairie did a wonderful job and beyond our expectations for our home in Saskatoon. We started the process and it was completed right on time and we were very surprised to see it completed this soon. It’s been 2 months now we are living in our house and no complaints yet. At the end it turned out better than expected. Angela helped us in the begging to discuss the layout and now Danielle in customer support has been great to answer any questions we have now. Overall great experience and great after care service as well!

We bought our first home from North Prairie and it was a great experience. They explained everything about the home and systems in great detail and have been quick to answer any questions we have as we get settled in. They went above and beyond what we expected of them and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

North Prairie built my first ever home and I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. They are professional, friendly, and thorough in their work. I purchased a loft-style home and it is the coolest style. Super high ceilings and an open concept. The design is very modern and the space is efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to use North Prairie Developments!

I lived in their Gateway towns unit for over a year and my dealing with them has been super fantastic. Dealt with Tamara and Mozor and they are both fantastic people and very understanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
