I simply can’t say enough about how amazing the experience was getting photographed by Shimona. This is something I’ve wanted to do for years but was nervous and unsure of what to expect. Shimona and her crew are consummate professionals who how to bring out beauty and confidence in anyone. The make up and hair were top notch and I was regularly asked for my input on everything. Shimona’s studio is a treasure trove of retro clothing and props and every girls dream closet. Most importantly, Shimona knows how to bring out the best in every woman and take amazing photographs. I can’t recommend this business enough and only wish I had a reason to go there every day for a confidence boost!!!

I got the chance to get a photoshoot done with these amazing, powerful women!! They make you feel and look sexy, confident and fearless! This was such a amazing opportunity and it is such a self esteem booster!! I will definitely be back soon!!

Their website offers hair and makeup, so I contacted them in February for an appointment in October. Even before the lock down the emails were slow and poor so I should have known. But they finally got back to me in the summer to confirm an appointment. However, the date came and I recieved no email about where to go for the appointment or even if they were cancelling. It was radio silence. I should have known this was a sham because during the communication, the hair stylist at no point made contact. I would look elsewhere, they aren’t very professional.

I first shot with Shimona in 2019 and I’ve done several shoots since. Most recently we shot in August of this year. I love her! She has also been my regular hair stylist for years. Shimona is an artist and it’s an absolute inspiration to watch her work. In a photo shoot she provides incredible direction, is amazing at making models feel at ease and wow her post production is stunning. I cannot recommend Pinup Perfection enough!

Shimona is such a gifted artist, she’s a triple threat. Hair, make-up and photos are all truly perfection. If you get the opportunity to shoot with Shimona, absolutely go for it! You’ll be thrilled with your photos!
