This company has been the most frustrating to deal with. (Would give 0 stars if I could)1. I emailed multiple times including messaging on Instagram requesting for an order confirmation (when I placed the order I had no confirmation sent to me at all). They never responded.2. Shipping took so long. When I didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking number after their alloted ship time outlined in their FAQ, I figured it was probably a scam and cancelled my credit card. (This alone was a huge hassle because I had to switch my credit card over for everything. If they had responded in the first 4 emails I could have avoided this).3. Two weeks later my CC company said I had to reach out to them for the 8th time and when I did I noted in the email that I filed a fraud claim and finally got a response within 10 min saying my order shipped the day before. It wasn't until I brought up the claim that they responded.4. Shipping took another 2 weeks.5. When my order arrived, one of the posters was nothing like I had requested (coordinates were off). I messaged the company right away and they asked for an explanation. I sent photos requesting a reprint of the one poster or refund and have still not heard a response 2 weeks later.I would 100% not recommend this company to anyone.

They offer the most beautiful maps, with amazing colors, and print with the highest quality. You can also customize the map yourself!

Great experience with Our Poster. I purchased two posters at the One of a Kind show this Spring and they’ve been awesome additions to my apartment. I also purchased a poster for a friend however I ordered the wrong colour scheme. I was able to contact the company right away and arrange to switch the colours. I’m very satisfied with their amazing customer service. I would recommend Our Poster to anyone who’s looking to spruce up their walls!

This company is hands down the best poster company. The prints are even more beautiful in person - EXCELLENT quality with crisp colours! Bough two custom-made prints, both turned out AMAZING and arrived in secure packaging. Bryan was so helpful throughout the process.
