I needed to contact the Canada Revenue Agency for the last seven months. After repeated attempts with no success it was suggested to me to contact my Member of Parliament for help. I did and received a very quick response from his office staff. They mediated communication between me and the CRA several times and within two weeks my issue was resolved. This guy is the worst MP ever, he just takes our hard work and tax money and does not give us zero services back, seriously who votes for him, their office employees are useless just like himself

Chandler is amazing .First , my PR application , she understood my situation and made sure to enquire about my application from CIC regularly . From my application to the receival of PR card they were always there to check on the current status.Not just this, I needed a supporting letter for my brother’s visa and I was so happy when they did provide me one .Big thanks for all your services.This would be my go to spot if I would need any help in future.Definitely recommend them :)

I'd like to share my great experience with Ron and his staff. His team's efforts were crucial in order to reverse the Canadian Government's decision (although made due to the Government's mistake). I'm kidding You not, a few years of our lives were spared from trying to navigate in the Government's bureaucracy. Thank You very much, Ron.I am also receiving quite a bit of useful info from Ron's office, including Government financial support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Great job You guys!

Very disappointed with the conversation! I tried to bring up some issues but according to Mr McKinnon everything is going well, and Government is already is doing everything it can. No more room for improvement! Contacting MLA was the only useful advise. I also did not receive any follow up email from his assistant after the conversation.

On Dec 16th, we went there to speak with them.They didnt open the door at first (it was very cold). Then a volunteer came over and told us that the office is not OPEN to the public.The office administrator grabbed our letter andleft for a phone call and didnt come back. Stood there for 15 mins and no one showed up anymore.Worst MP so far!

I contact the office and ask for help for my case. After signing the forms they supposed to get back to me they did not. I called them and I left a message. Nobody called me back. Finally I went to the office and talk to them and the way they answered me basically they didn’t do anything and it seems to me he didn’t even read my letters and documents that I gave them, not happy and I’m pretty sure that I am not going to support this member of parliament again.
