Went for heat shield rattle noise they fixed it for free. Who is doing so these days?Owner was able to get me in without appointment though he wasn't going to charge me after work was done.

Great, fast, honest service. Dave squeezed me in because of a rattle that he fixed with a couple washers in 15 or 20 minutes; no charge for this kind of thing, he said. He did something similar for my wife last winter, and last month he quickly replaced a rusted muffler in an afternoon. Highly recommended!

Exhaust pipe rusted and cracked in half, Dave was great to deal with. They were able to take a look at it and fix the issue. Definitely happy with the service!

Took car in for safety the folks were very friendly and helpful. The car did not pass as it needed a couple of items fixed. The parts were ordered and a few days later these parts were installed. Great service and fair price for their work. Oh yeah and fast in and out amazing job. They fixed a problem which I have had looked at twice before at a different garage and nothing was found to cause the rear-end noise. These guys found the issue while doing the safety impressive.

Fantastic service! Needed my exhaust fixed last minute, Doug Hammond said call later to see if there is an opening, there was and car was in and out within an hour, I couldn't be more grateful. Don't know the name of the technician who actually worked on my car but he was also great to work with and talk to. Thanks so much, you're a life saver.

I visited this location on Friday the 23rd for issues with my tire on my truck. Staff quickly let me know that the tires sidewall had a screw in it, and that they don’t carry the tire replacement. I was not charged for this. After a long day of trying to get a tire to replace it, I was able to get back to mufflerman with the new replacement tire. The guys stayed later than closing time to get me in for the tire change out. It was very much appreciated. Very friendly service. Highly recommend this location!

I can not believe that these people don’t have a time to come out for 1 min and check the noise on the muffler when you drive in. Instead they sending you away and ask you to come in a week so maybe somebody will make “informative” discovery and say hey … the noise is coming from your muffler… so please make an appointment and come back so we can fix it.

It's the worst place to go because they are very rude people. And especially the mangers Dave. He refused to give me my car because I didn't tell him to replace the parts on my car and then my car didn't even start after they said that was fixed

This shop is amazing! I thought I had a muffler issue, which I did, but the noise I had was a water pump about to fail. They showed the issue to me and were able to fix that day. Very polite, forthcoming and professional. I recommend them. One staff has been there 38 years, he mentioned the owners were great! An indicator a reputable company.
