Regal Granite & Marble

We have just had two bathroom granite counter tops done. The two installers were wonderful and done a very good job. We had to switch a couple of set dates but understandable as unforeseen problems with any install could be an issue and set the installers back and no one would want them rushing to finish any job. And regal is very busy due to very good pricing on their product. Erica also found us a wonderful plumber. We would of had to wait four days for a plumber to reconnect our taps but Erica found a gentleman for the following day. So kudos to her. So thank you regal. Love the new look.

some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I've given up on them. I walked in to get a quote for a bathroom counter. I received quote on the spot. I took home samples of in stock offcuts I could choose from.They came out to template. When they came to the house I mentioned that I would also need a kitchen in the next 6 months, so they may as well template for that at the same time.When I chose the material for the bathroom...I got no response. I continued to call, email, follow up FOR WEEKS. Nothing. Finally got Erika on the phone and she said they didn't have that material, she didn't know what they had. in a follow up email she said that the quote was reflective of having BOTH kitchen and bathroom installed at same time. completely untrue. so they won't honour it.they obviously decided that they didn't want my business and did everything they could to make me go elsewhere.terribly unprofessional - not sure how one can run a business this way

Priced out several places and Regal had by far the best price. They also had our countertops installed faster than anyone else could. The finished product looks excellent and they were very professional to deal with. I would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you

we are very pleased with the service and they were by far the best price in town. The stone looks absolutely beautiful, and the guys installed it in just one morning and even laid out carpets to protect our hardwood flooring. Will be going back to them for a bathroom renovation.

I ordered two Silestone vanity tops. They took 6+ weeks to come in. After they were installed the issues started piling up. Firstly, they were streaked with something and looked awful. We gave the owner the opportunity to try and clean/fix them. He used 2 toxic substances, one being acetone that he squirted from a Gatorade bottle. This did not work. Second, the measurement for the faucet holes was done before the backsplash was added and when the taps were installed they hit the backsplash when they were turned. We asked that everything be removed and after several days/attempts to make contact this was done. He suggested he take the tops and our Restoration Hardware sinks back to the shop the “safely” remove the sinks...which he then broke and will not pay for. The icing on the cake was when we noticed the acetone he dripped down the side of our brand new oak vanities, which ate the finish off-of course he denies this! I have NO idea how this unscrupulous company stays in business! I guess there are few “after sale”complaints selling gravestones!

We were given a quote on the 2nd week of March and made arrangements to have our kitchen and bathrooms installed on the last Friday of March. The installers arrived right on time and did a wonderful job. We priced 3 different companies and Regal was definitely the best price. Great service and Best price.

Terrible customer service. Spent 2 weeks waiting to hear back from the install for a date, which they then missed and then showed up over an hour late for. When they did install there was ZERO care for cleanliness. There was no attempt to prevent a mess or even clean up. Huge amounts of granite dust throughout our newly renovated and just cleaned bathroom. We spent several hours getting it back to where it was. This was a terrible experience.

2 years ago I had regal granite fabricate and install our granite counter tops and install the sink that we purchased through them. For the old way they do things for measuring the install team did the best they could and overall I was happy with the look and install except for one thing! When I put in the kitchen I installed 1/2 inch plywood on top of the cabinets, they installed the granite on top of my plywood but on the island they removed mine and put in theirs which was fine until I realized that my huge sink was just installed with caulking, no supporting on top of the cabinet or at the very least by the plywood, just caulked to the underside of the granite.About a month it lasted then the caulk let go on one side, I re sealed and pinned the sink with a 2x4 from underneath, as a temporary fix until they came and fixed my issue. Countless calls and texts back and forth with Sabrina was totally pointless and got nowhere so I went to the shop in person and spoke with the installer and Paul, Paul was with a client and I was respectable so talked to him away from the client and was reassured he would fix my issue within a week, my sink is now supported by 2- 2x4's and when I was told it would be fixed was a year ago. If you are looking for granite and want a company to install it and not stand behind their workmanship then this is the right company for you. Other then that shop around. I gave you ample time Paul and really didnt want to write this review but this is ridiculous!

Very unprofessional. My family and I were told upon ordering a monument/headstone that it could take up to 5 weeks. This was at the beginning of June. We informed Regal of a specific date that we would like the monument to be installed by. This date was 3 months AFTER our order date; more than enough time... The stone was not completed, nor was it installed by that date. It took over 3 months for us to receive the product that we paid for. Customers should nothave to chase after businesses for updates and the status ofthe product. Especially when it is a headstone for a loved one. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I couldn't believe the prices of Regal Granite , I've shopped around for prices, and quality. Not only were they amazing on their prices and quality but their customer service was friendly, knowledgeable. They installed in a timely fashion , the installers were great and quick and left the place tidy and clean. Highly recommend to my friends and family. Great Job Regal !
