The service quality has gone down so much recently! When I used to come in there would ALWAYS be 2-3 people working at a time, but now theres only one person working who is slow because they are doing the work of 2 or 3 people. I don't know if this is because of bad management like other people suggested but its sad to see the service quality tank so hard because I used to love this shop.

I wasn’t entirely sure if the exterior appearance is part of the Second Cup brand, but this location is lit, literally. The all-year round-Christmas-like display provides some spazzaz to your conversation or study visits. I do find the service particularly slow for ordering the simplest, no frills, item on the menu.

You're made to stand there with no service. The people behind the counter are working, make eye contact with you and don't even bother taking your order. They are disorganized, unskilled, poorly trained in customer service! This is a neighbourhood I lived in in the 80s and 90s. People used to be kind but man what a huge shift in the kind of customer service you get and ESPECIALLY at this coffee shop.

The idiocy of the management to have 1 employee working on Saturday morning is ridiculous. Poor kid had too much to do it affected service big time. I would definitely will go to another Second Cup before this one.

Absolutely love second cup in general.my favourite is the Caramel Coretto (both hot and cold versions) as well as the hot chocolate (both hot and cold versions).Never had any issues when ordering online via uber eats or in store for dine in w/friends.

Book enjoyer? This is the best coffee shop I've found so far. There is quite literally a corner area of the shop with comfy chairs and side tables for that exact purpose.Music is quiet, coffee is good.I will stress as others have to maybe hire an extra person to help. We live in an era of uber eats on top of usual traffic. Not fair to the 1 or 2 people making minimum wage to be stressed with more than they can chew.

Pros:-good location-lots of seating-amazing baked goods compared to any other cafe-accessible washrooms-caramel corretto drink :)Cons:-staff seem to be going downhill, dis engaged, always on phone-prices keep going up, but it's understandable but still sucks-the floors always seem to be dirty. I get it, it's winter. But if you have staff standing around on their phones maybe they can sweep or mop

I go here almost every weekend to study (the Heron Park location) and it's always chill, with good vibes, barista's are super nice as well! I always get the same drink, an Iced mocha. There is just something about the mocha syrup that they use that's so addictive here, I'll never get tired of it! Will keep coming here!

This is an awesome friendly place with the best customer service there is. They are super helpful and patient, and provide the best beverages. The design of the place is awesome and it is so spacious with a great view. And they are open 365 days a year which is super convenient, and it is a top place for studying, meeting people and hanging with friends.
