Had a great dinner on the patio over looking the water. The Prime rib and pork schnitzel were both great! I do recommend making a reservation.

Lovely server, and absolutely wonderful view from the patio overlooking the river. I had the Quinoa burger, and I wish I had chosen something else. It wasn't bad, perhaps a trifle bland but it was quite brittle. Every time I took a bite, the patty crumbled onto my plate. Mind you, I think they realized that, as there was a lot of cheese on top I think in an effort to hold everything together. And I admit the cheese was tasty. Again - it wasn't bad just a trifle disappointing.And my tablemates enjoyed their fish and chips, wraps and salads. So I'd go again and choose a different menu option.There's no direct parking, but there's lots of parking on the roads around there.

Great menu for the whole family with well balanced meal options. We enjoyed the prime rib dinner and salmon! Great location with views of the river.

Last time I visited Elora I failed to get to The Cellar, since it was all booked. But on this chilly Good Friday afternoon I was lucky. The menu looked so tempting that my friends and I couldn’t make our choice. We finally stopped at calamaris, chicken wrap, veggie wrap (without a wrap itself), salad with Brussels sprouts and fish and chips. All the food was heavingly delicious! The portions are substantial. The service was great. We became fans of this place. Don’t miss it if you come to Elora!

This was an unexpected stop.I was planning on going somewhere else, but the chalkboard saying Come check out our patio on the river!" sucked me in.And I am very very glad it did.The road is under construction

Went there for the 1st time as Im New to Fergus, found this gem by asking a local walking his dog.The food was amazing.Has the shrimp linguine with the feta and watermelon salad, side of calamari.My son had the burger and wife had prime rib wrap.Everything was amazing.I'll definitely go back and i recommend this fabulous restaurant to anyone who enjoys delicious food.

This is a nice place. We sat and had supper on the patio outside. Lovely patio beside the Grand River. The menu is good. There is something for everyone, even GF options. The staff were on point. We didn’t have to wait for anything and drinks, apps and entrees were timed just right. A couple of us had the Caesar salad. It’s up there with one of the better Caesar salads I’ve had. We all indulged in the prime rib dinner. I don’t have anything bad to say about it but I have had better. What I did like, after they cut the prime rib, they grill it which gave it a wonderful char. Excellent! Horseradish would have been a nice add. This is a great spot and we will eat here again.

If you are ever in Elora, you should try this restaurant! We came here on Oct 30 for the first time and had three appetizers (see pictures), all of which tasted amazing, better than the food we had previously had at Elora Mill. I would say these three items are the most-have dishes when you come to this restaurant. Also, all of their servers were very pleasant. Nice patio too. Will definitely return when we are in this area.

We called earlier to reserve a table on the patio. The person on the phone said “we don’t reserve particular tables on the patio. You can show up and first come first served”.We showed up and waited to be seated. We were next in line and saw a table on the patio we wanted. We asked the host attendant and they told us “it’s reserved”. We told them about the call in the afternoon with the person on the phone and they said, “I do the reservations and it is reserved”.We left. Consistency and equity is very important in customer service. We won’t be back which is unfortunate as we have enjoyed the experience on previous visits.
