Excellent work and service. I always bring all my dry cleaning, sewing and repair needs here. They have always provided quality craftsmanship. Centrally located too for anyone working downtown. Highly recommended.

I went there because I couldn't unzip my winter coat because the fabric was stuck in the zipper (the worst part of my situation was that i wore my coat that i wasn't able to unzip and i couldn't take off my coat). The owner helped me on the spot, no waiting time. He succeeded to unzip my coat without cutting or breaking anything. He is a real life saver. He is very kind! I recommend you to go there for his services! Thank you a lot for your kind service, you saved my day! :)

I am terribly disappointed. I went there to change the zipper on my coat and he told me he would take a look at it. He went in the back to check it. After ten minutes of waiting, I asked if I could go eat and come back in 20 minutes. When I returned, he told me all kind of nonsense. According to him, changing it is too difficult so he fixed it. He insisted he wasn't sure it would hold but charged me 15$ anyways! For absolutely nothing! One hour later, I sit on the metro and my zipper breaks again as if nothing had been done! True professionals don't rip people off! Never going back!

Very bad service. The dry cleaning is unprofessional. The owner is rude and aggressive. My jacket is ruined and will be thrown away. I asked the owner what is the solution and she chased me from her store saying she does not believe the cleaning was done here. To be avoided at all cost

Disappointed. The owner is not kind at all and mercenary. He charged me disproportionally for one little hole in the strap of my satchel. He also proposed me to do another one even if I didn't ask for it and he charged for all of them! Never again!

J'ai fait reconditionner mes bottillons préférés et j'ai reçu un excellent service pour un bon prix. On m'a expliqué les différentes interventions possibles et les avantages et inconvénients de chacune afin de me recommander la meilleure décision en fonction du résultat que je souhaitais obtenir. Je suis donc très satisfaite du résultat obtenu pour le prix payé. Je recommande les services de ce cordonnier.
