We recently had no heat and Big Springs was able to send someone out on the same day and in a timely fashion. Kurtis was the one assigned to us and he was very polite, super courteous and explained what repairs he was doing. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we got and the cost of the repair. I chose this company because of the raving word-of-mouth reviews we got from others, and will definitely be paying it forward to recommend them to others we know.

Big Springs continues to amaze. We have used this company for multiple jobs at our house. This time, my wife Kris Beaulieu, made a special request - and they did a fantastic job as usual. We wouldn't even think about going somewhere else for anything that Big Springs could do for us.Thank you very much for being so professional and kind in a time when this is really hard to come by.Anyone else considering using this company, don't hesitate - they are beyond 5 stars.

Drivers of this company is TERRIBLE!!! The driver on the right has the right of way at un/-controlled/ four-way intersections. Drivers turning left must always yield the right of way to other drivers + to that that guy even speed up in order to do NOT let me take left line before the light on intersection at 6pm!!! If that is the policy of the company, I can only imagine what type of service they do provide and their quality!!! m

Great guy’s! Arrived on time did an excellent job installing 3 toilets. Quick, easy and at a fair price. We would highly recommend Big Springs Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for any job that needs attention around the house.

We recently had a leak on our hot water tank and I called Big Springs in a bit of a panic. The person who answered was so helpful and even though it was after hours took the time to explain how to isolate the leak and troubleshoot over the phone. We had a tech (Riley) come out first thing the next morning and he had everything fixed for us super quick. He was so friendly and polite and did a great job. The price was very reasonable and I have to say I haven't experienced such great customer service in a long time. Can't recommend this company enough!!

I had an associate out to do a quote on a home reno. project. The associate was nice to deal with and seemed knowledgeable enough..However, after approximately 1.5 weeks I had still not received the quote, so I sent an email inquiring as to when I could expect to receive it. I received no response to my inquiry.After two weeks had passed I still had not received the quote, so I called the company and inquired about it. I was told a note would be left for the associate who had come out and that I should hear back by the following Tuesday.However, I did not hear from the associate once again and after almost 3 weeks have still not received the quote. Thus I am now looking into other plumbing companies to do the work.While I recognize that I am looking to have a bigger" project done

We got a phone call from our tenants regarding the heat not working. We got a same day appointment and they were quick to get the furnace up and working again. We will definitely use them again! Thank you!

Our furnace stopped heating so we called a few companies to service and due to being 15 mins out of the city we were told sorry we cannot help you! Called Big Hill Springs and they were out here in no time flat! diagnosed the problem immediately, left to pick up the part and came back to install a couple hours later. Very happy with the service provided today and would 100% recommend and use them again! Very reasonably priced as well.
