I was hesitant to order from a single brick and mortar store since I am located in Alberta, and there's not tons of activity online for this store. However, after placing my order all my fears we're laid to rest! Their communication was prompt and courteous, their prices were pretty unbelievable for Creamhaus (they recently had items on sale and we're priced cheaper than the US retailers I found online). They shipped to me from Markham in 4 business days!!! That's incredible for such a large package, and shipping was free. Thanks for the amazing experience guys. Some free advice, tons of Korean people in Canada ship this from Korea but honestly I think your price is the same as buying and shipping direct from Korea, you should buy Facebook ads targeting Korean users in Canada because I think they would order from you in a heartbeat.

There are many cute and beautiful staff inside. Even some of staff I never found in other stores. I was so surprised, they gave me a free gift wrap. Very nice and friendly workers there! Wonderful shopping experience!

I have been shopping here a few times for my son or buying Christmas gifts for others. They are some very nice and fancy products. The staffs are professional，helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice and cute store, many beautiful and interesting stuff inside. The baby play mat was pretty decent. Was there for picking gift for my friend's new born baby. The staffs there were super friendly and helpful. Also they offer free gift warping! The parking was super easy :) I would definitely recommend this store and will return.

I have been customer of this store for years. absolutely loving their Korean made playmat. Simply design yet great functionality. Also they carry my favourite clothing brands, huxbaby and nununu. Great customer service, like gift wrapping and small gifts.

Last week I bought a creamhaus play mat for my child. It is very comfortable, and service attitude is also very good. It is a good shop that I will always visit.

This store was truly amazing! Everything was organized and nicely arranged. My son and I went inside as a stop, and we were greeted my a kind lady. I recommend this place, it had many interesting STEM toys as well! 5/5, amazing :))
