Awful customer service! The gentleman working refused to mail my letter because he claimed it was a used stamp. Drive into Barrie and shield yourself from the stingy arrogance.

The local mail carrier (Thornton) has now intentionally damaged three of our parcels. The last one, shown below, was an original art piece labeled as fragile. He folded it hard down the middle, breaking the protective packaging pieces, and rammed it into our regular mail slot. Tony, the worker at the Thornton post office, viewed this same picture and deemed it to meet their level of service.
