Love the energy and politeness of the staff here. I got all my three doses here and must say they are doing a great job here. Keep up the good work team!

All staff was exceptionally curious

Had my first Moderna dose administered here. From booking the appointment and getting my shot, everything went as expected. The nurse that attended to me was very kind and addressed any questions I had about the vaccine while the dose was being prepared.

Staff at the front directing (all) traffic into the park was not wearing mask, actively sneezing, and talking to everyone through the windows. Very inappropriate public health standards. Please be vigilant and make sure you have mask available in your car when arriving.

Well run and organized. Lots of staff on hand. Also has a selfie spot.

Great staff.The lady who gave my vaccine was very kind and listened to all of my concerns and questions.Didn’t hurt one bit.It was also much more organized compare to where I got my first vaccine

This location is very well run and all staff inside take pride in the very important job they are providing to the citizens of York Region.The location is off Elgin Mills and Leslie with a very large parking lot (left off of the entrance)The lineup as much as it may appear long, progresses very quickly and from standing outside to being first screened for the Covid assessment is less than 5 minutes. next stop you are confirmed for your booking and health card number before you are guided to the vaccine administrator.They ask a few quick questions, first or second dose, any medical allergies and boom you are done and they ask to confirm if you received your brand new achievement (Covid vaccination receipt) in your email.You hop onto the last station to wait 15 minutes ensuring no post injection reactions and you are off into the world to wait 14 days for this vaccine to brew up the proper protection for you.I had to take 1 point off due to the hired security staff that after 1+ year of this pandemic, training from their security company and York Regional staff can still wear a mask the improper way. Shame on you and your piss pore attitude/ commitment in protecting others you are tasked to do…. Other wise this place is top notch and many thanks to the hard work and commitment of all staff that make the site operating so efficiently.
