Right when I stepped in the door was greeted by “Chris” to help me with my bike. I told him the problem and he said I can fix it right now! I was blown away by fast and friendly service! Coming back to Ski and Cycle Niagara Falls in the new season to get my bike tuned up. Thanks again Chris for repairing my bike so fast and with a smile!

Chris and team are the best around. There is no better place to get your bike fixed. A few times I’ve need my bike fixed and they were able to get it down quickly. Very good prices too.

Rented a bike here for a couple days while in Niagra Falls. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave me a spare tube and a multitool in case i got a flat. The bike was in perfect condition and cheap! Would definitely recommend

Great store! All staff are really helpful and have great advice. We have growing children and the season long rentals are a great and affordable alternative to buying new equipment every year or so. Keep it up guys!

This place is great! We've been coming here for years. Ski and Snowboard rentals for the season are very affordable, especially if you have growing kids. Store staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. The standard equipment is also very well maintained and they offer new/newer equipment at a slight premium. Seasonal rentals of well maintained/sharpened/waxed equipment is also a much safer option than buying used equipment.

I went into the store today looking for bike degreaser and I ended up leaving with a helmet and light for my road bike due to their great prices. The staff where knowledgeable and helpful and provided tips on how to prepare my bike for a long ride tomorrow. They also fitted my helmet in store for my ride.

I had one of the best customer experiences here and will always come back now! We had gone to rent skis and we’re pretty new to it all, but the staff here is so knowledge and kind that it was a breeze. Extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we got the right fit and the right stuff. He gave us all brand new equipment to rent and ones that matched which was great for photos, and even went the extra mile to help us put everything in our car. 10/10, will absolutely recommend to friends and family. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Had a flat rear tire. Had the guys replace the tube. It was a challenge to get the tire wall to seat evenly into the rim. They made the effort to get it perfect. Much better service than some of the bigger bike shops in the area. I highly recommend them. They earned a new customer.
