I came in with a few shoes in need of repair. I was excited to have the opportunity to fix my favorite shoes and be able to wear them again. The salesperson I met with was unfortunately quite dismissive. I did not feel welcome and that my business was valued. One pair he said I should repair myself, another he wouldn't even look at. I understand that I am no expert in this field but the attitude I was met with made me not want to return with my other shoes in need of repair in because I do not wish to be treated like that again.One pair of shoes was repaired, some Birkenstock sandals that were resoled. I knew I would have to break the shoes in again but they returned to me so narrow they are painful to wear. I am just not impressed with the entire ordeal, which was disappointing considering the many positive reviews.

I don’t generally write reviews unless I have had a terrible experience.I went to get my riding boots stretched and they couldn’t stretch them because of the elastic which is fine. He told me he would have to make a new piece and walked me through the process which I was totally fine with. I wanted them to fit and look nice for what I needed them for. I came and got my boots and they are absolutely butchered. Cheap zipper, cheap leather, glue everywhere, they are all scratched, nothing good came out of his work. I intended to have these boots for show boots (worth $850) and now they look like I bought them for $50. I paid $130 for them to get done and when I told them all of my concerns after I got them, how messed up they are now, he basically told me that there isn’t anything he can do and didn’t give me a refund or even an apology.I will NEVER be back. He made me lose a lot of money and had zero sympathy for me for absolutely destroying my show boots.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER, ruined a perfectly good pair of boots. No craftsmanship what so ever, terrible quality and they didn't even want to help fix the problem when we brought it to their attention.

Had four pairs of shoes repaired and they were ready next day. Reasonable prices and quality work. Highly recommend. Also very nice selection of top quality shoes for sale.

I am so grateful to have Thanasis in town. They replaced the sole and base of my old and well-worn Birkenstocks. They look like new again. Highly recommend it not only because it is cheaper than buying new but it also reduces waste and helps to support a small business and keep such specialty services in our community!

The only place to purchase Birkenstocks! I've been coming here for over twenty years. I also love their selection of Joseph Seibel and many new shoes have made it into my closet. Also impressed the selection of other quality brands. I've had shoes re-soled with top quality work. Unlike many shoe stores, they can fit your foot. Amazing staff!!
