Was riding through Caledon and noticed my intake bolt was coming loose. Pulled into Westend Cycle and the gentlemen there let me borrow an allen key to tighten my intake bolt. Appreciate the help!

Took my Yamaha r3 in today to get safetied, and the guys there were absolutely amazing. No BS, no over charging, and tell-you-how-it-is kind of service. The license plate light needed to rewired and it was done well and efficiently. Dont expect a whole run-around with them, they are down-to-earth, genuine, and hard workers!

Great shop and the owner is a very cool guy. He’s knowledgeable about the motorcycles and gets the work done in a timely manner. I was late for my appointment but he still serviced the motorcycles for me. Prices are decent aswell. Definitely will be coming here for all the maintenance and repairs.

Great experience! Way faster than any mechanics in Toronto - I'll definitely be riding back out here for any issues I have. Joe is a pretty intense looking guy, but has a heart of gold. I had an issue with a steering bearing on my R3, and he was able to sort it out in just two days + safety the bike. 10/10 would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a new mechanic!

I am a new rider and bought a used Kawasaki Vulcan 900 as my first bike recently. I took it up to Joe at West End Cycle for a tune up, new tires, general check-up and to order some accessories. Joe did an excellent job. The bike was ready earlier than scheduled and his pricing was reasonable. I recommend West End Cycle highly as a trusted repair shop for your bike.

Took my old Suzuki GS750 I rebuilt to get the carbs tuned properly. It was up and running much earlier than I was expecting at a very reasonable price. After riding a while to break them in I took it back and he looked at the plugs and carbs and told me how to fine tune it a little more to get it running perfectly!

This shop was great. Most places were booking a week or more out for an oil change, and wanted my bike for at least a day. The guys at Westend got me in the same day and changed my oil as well as adjusting my chain while I waited. Less than half an hour. Can't recommend this shop enough.

I made an appointment to have my bike inspected for a safety certificate. Joe did the inspection while I waited, that was very helpful to me. He found a defect that needed repairs. Joe got my bike inspected on Monday and repaired for me to pick up on Friday. His mechanic Ryan was very friendly and helpful too.I'm very pleased with the service and availability. I will be returning for future maintenance and repairs.
