I was in a panic needing a bridesmaid dress fixed ASAP and had a bad experience with another seamstress saying the alteration was impossible. I took the garment here straight away and the lovely gentleman said the alterations were no problem and put me at ease. I picked my dress up a few days later and not only had the problem zipper been fixed, but he had created beautiful new shoulder straps to replace the undesired spaghetti straps.

Had a dress altered for a wedding and it now fits absolutely perfectly! The gentleman was very polite and helpful, and provided a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend :)

There was a bad tailor who was employed here and who made a hash of alterations to my coat. I wasn't happy so returned with my coat. The bad tailor had been given his cards and the very lovely man, whose business this is, fixed my coat free of charge. I collected it yesterday and I am delighted. It's perfection and I love it. And what a thoroughly decent man. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Just picked up a sports coat that needed adjustment to the arms - was let down by another tailor in town and went to Master Tailors in order to get it sorted. Turnaround took less than a week and they've done a perfect job and you cannot notice the alteration at all! Will be using again for my tailoring needs!

I took two jackets to him. One, a Navy blazer and one, a suit jacket. Both needed the sleeves shortened to show the shirt cuffs. They did a first class job in a short time. I took them in on the Monday and he said they’d be done by the Thursday of the same week. They look superb now. I won’t hesitate to take my clothes there for alterations in the future.
