As I have stated many times Watergirl is a wonderful place to shop, I have only been able to shop twice tomes in person welcomed like a member of the family. The rest of the time has been on line, so vert very helpful. Also shopped at Retreats where Michelle had a Pop Up shop. Also fun. Always something of interest to do, classes, retreats workshops. Really enjoyed the Advent Box, missed it on the 26th. Looking forward to the next what ever might be. Wishing Michelle and her terrific staff a Happy Quilting 2023.

Had great fun opening the Advent Box ordered from Watergirl last spring. It arrived in plenty of time for Advent, and I was impressed that it contained useful fabrics and sewing/quilting items, most of which I can use. I also watched the accompanying YouTubes (after opening each package) and gained some tips and tricks from Michelle. I’m sure this was a huge project, and kudos to the Watergirl Crew for all the work!

This business is a little hidden gem in the Town of Prescott. The owner and her crew are so helpful and friendly, it just feels like home.You can can find almost anything you want for your quilting needs. If you don't, Michelle and her crew will work to find it for you. Their store is well layed out and you can browse as long as you need.The second part of the business is their class worshop area, or sewing machine presentation, or better their longarm rental.I rented their longarm, what a support team. That you never did it or at whatever level you are this is a service not found everywhere. They even offer valet service, meaning they put the 3 layers on the longarm if you wish, for just a small fee. I did ask for it and did not regret it.

Michelle and the Watergirls are just like family. Retreats are so much fun, catching up with quilty friends and making new ones. Michelle, Tony and staff always makes you feel and home and love to share their expertise with you. It’s no surprise that retreats fill up so quickly. Definitely worth the drive to beautiful Prescott for a shopping trip.

I came across Watergirl Quilt Co. when looking for a fabric store that offered workshops/retreats. When I messaged the store on Instagram to ask some questions and sign up for an upcoming retreat I received quick and informative replies. The retreat was actually sold out but the owner, Michelle went out of her way to find me a spot and make it work. I am so grateful she did!The retreat was a great experience that gave me time to dedicate to sewing alongside a great group of sewers. Michelle and her team gave great tips and ticks, while providing a fun, low pressure environment. The space and set up was perfect and the food was delicious! I was by far the youngest there and would encourage anyone on the fence about attending a workshop or retreat at Watergirl to just go for it! :)Finally, their shop has an amazing selection and is full of goodies! I'll be returning to shop as soon as I can.

Watergirl Quilt Co Advent Quilting Box!!! What an amazing and fun experience in my quilting life! It provided opportunities for being introduced to new notions, learn about Canadian made products and increase my fabric stash!! I found Watergirl Quilt Co. by accident when visiting the town of Brockville during the pandemic. I have been a huge fan ever since. The staff is always friendly and willing to help in fabric selection for projects. I shop online too, as we live 2 hours away. Love the personal touches and the online retreats. I can't wait to go and visit their new larger location. Hopefully, soon.

I am new to living in this area close to Prescott, Ontario. WatergirlQuiltCo is an amazing place to visit. They have awesome fabric choices that will blow your mind, and inspire you. Their wall of fabric is so well organized, it is like walking into a rainbow. They have classes on zoom and in-person, that are fun, test your skills, and allow your further growth in the craft of quilting and sewing. The retreats are amazing. The food is excellent, the company is stellar, you can share and learn so much, there are fun games to play, you can make friends, and, best of all, you have an uninterrupted ability to work on your project(s).

I recently went to a retreat at Watergirl and had a wonderful time. It was not my first one. There was much laughter sewing and fun. The food was great and working space was bright and roomy. I can't wait for the next one!

My first Watergirl Retreat, but it won't be my last. Store and workroom are amazing and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. So glad I went and made lots of new, like-minded friends. I even got some serious sewing done in-between sewing, eating and networking.
