The ladies were super friendly and the paint colours are beautiful. Price is on the expensive side but that's the quality you pay for! I bought French Lilac and it looks amazing in my bathroom.

I love this place! Signed up for a membership card entitling you to savings every purchase!! And it's only 20 bucks. I got that back on my first purchase! Excellent quality products and staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful. So glad we checked out this business.

I work for a non-profit and we were trying to get some paint donations to improve the condition of our transitional housing apartments. I spoke to the manager Christian and he immediately told me how much he believes in our cause and asked me to send him a list of everything we needed. When I sent him the list he promptly emailed me back and said the store could take care of all of it! He even did a consultation for us to make sure we were getting the proper products and tools for the project, he donated products and expertise to us. We now have everything we need to make these apartments a good place for someone to live. So I needed to make sure people knew how much this store helps the community. It is very rare for a business to respond in this way when asked for donations. He really seemed to understand how important it is for transitional housing to be in good condition and a dignified place to live.

Always had great service from the ladies of Owen Sound Dulux. Sadly I have had dealings with the Manager Christian on occasion. This man is so rude! He should not be in this position as he has no customer service skills at all.After many years of buying paints and getting great service at this store (worth paying the higher prices for). I will now be checking out the new paint store options in Owen Sound.

Upon entering , we are greeted with a warm smile and a hello from all !, Dean is very chatty , lol.Associated with Marie and is absolutely a stunning woman overall !Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient and extremely helpful !Repainting our entire upper level from the ceiling to baseboards , it’s very exciting but on occasion a bit stressful so Marie ensured we got exactly what we requested .We had to return to darken a couple of our colours, Marie was very cautious in regards to ensuring the transition to perfect our colours. Our favourite is tornado in pearl , it’s gorgeous !She definitely takes a lot of pride in her work !Remember to use your CAA card plus wait for sales, it’s a bit pricey .This is the only store I will now attend and I highly recommend it !Happy painting !Retired couple from Georgian Bluffs:)

Bought paint couple days ago. Was so impressed with the service. It's been a long time since I was treated so well. I'm always nervous buying paint not here so informative. Carrying my paint to the Van was the topping on the cake for sure. Thank You Dean
