Placed an order for 6 combos for pick up at about 1 am. Considering it was a Saturday the staff where all smiles, efficient and very friendly. The food was good and order was accurate. Keep up the good work !!!

The reason I LOVE this wendys is because every single time I have gone here the staff has shown me what an amazing work environment they have created. While I've been here I've seen incredible team work and efforts from the staff here. They are kind, funny, professional, they all work together and help each other, while smiling! it's honestly a breath of fresh air seeing such commitment to each other as employees. There was never any yelling at one another or blame placed. They educate each other, help each other, and work together to better each other and their environment . Whenever I've gone here they are smiley and professional and helpful and that says alot about the management there. They figured it out and they are killing it.

To the owner: Your team is great but stop being so greedy? hire more people comeon, Felt so sad seeing those poor fellas working so hard with a lineup at drive thru to the start of road and lineup inside the store to the start of Main Door. Seriously? You know its the busiest store and you get so much in profits why Don't you hire more people so the staff can get relaxed a little bit and the lineup can be cleared fast

Often get orders incorrect and have issues with sauces and other things being put on when not asked too. Skip orders are often incorrect so please take more care when preparing skip orders.

Basic but reliable food; staff is usually pretty good and decently friendly but can be rushed when it busy naturally - make sure you're checking your order before you leave. Not a complaint, just a good practice. Last time I visited there were availability issues; obviously not this location's fault but still a bummer. Not sure if that's the reason why, but they didn't have some of my regular options available, stating that they discontinued them. Unfortunate, as they were mostly the healthier choices which is what I prefer when choosing fast food for convenience or time constraints. We'll see how things go as supply chains sort themselves out and whether or not this affects my decision to visit here instead of other options when strapped for time.

Staff is super slow. Took 20+ minutes to go through the drive-thru with 5 cars in it. They always make you sit for 2-5 minutes before ordering through it. The food is decent but ended up getting the bottom of the fryer, so my fries were meh. There is a reson why McDonald's just makes so much more money. I spend less then 5 minutes in the drive-thru with the same amount of cars. Next time I may just go in.

Food is fresh as usual for Wendy's but customer service was not good. Staff was not welcoming during order and they made us wait for so long just for them open the door to the washroom.

Usually this location is great but today ended up with wrong sandwich in my order and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Pretty much undrinkable. Makes for a bad start to my day. :(

Staff at night was so bad, especially the lady who was working at the window. I was there at night around 1:30. The lady who took my order, she was literally frustrated, I can tell that she doesn’t wanna be there. I do work in a fast food restaurant and give best service, always smile at customers, if I could I would have given 0 stars. After waiting for my order on side, they were not at all apologetic. One bad employee make the whole staff suffer.

I orderd stawberry lemenade drive thru but there was lady..she put lots of water in it(weekdays closing on drive thru...ablusetly disgusting experince
