Destination RV

Destination RV has been awesome with us. They knew we had to sell our other trailer before we could purchase and they waited. Blair is a fantastic salesman and he knows how to get the job done. After going on our vacation, we came back with some problems and within a week, we had an appt. to get everything sorted. Although Quicksilver gave the dealership a runaround about one of the issues, Blair stood his ground. Everything was fixed without charge. We are extremely happy that we met the dealership at the RV show in Toronto and give a perfect 10 to all the staff for their friendliness and professionalism. A Quicksilver 6 happy campers. We happened to see a toy hauler trailer in stock that we had been looking for (on line) and dropped by. We met Blair that day and the rest is history. We picked up our new trailer 2 days ago and the entire experience was stress free. We are in Kitchener and we have no problem driving to Waubaushene to deal with this family run dealership. Happy camping!

Purchased a Razorback toy hauler and absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and the service department is top notch. Had a couple of maintenance/warranty issues and they were taken care of immediately and without any hassle. Highly recommend Destination RV to anyone wanting to deal with an honest reputable dealer.

We bought our first tent trailer (a quiksilver 10.0) from them in May. The salesperson was exceptionally accommodating and easy to work with over the phone as we negotiated price and extras. In person they were really friendly and gave us an extensive orientation to our trailer. The privacy curtains hadn't arrived by the time we picked up our trailer so they mailed them to us free of charge. Highly recommend them.

HIWe are looking for a small truck camper. Destination RV had one advertised for sale. We called about it and was told it was in perfect condition. We drove about 90 minutes to see this little gem. Upon doing a detailed inspection of the unit we noticed water damage by the back door. Still interested we asked about getting it repaired and the cost. We were told they were not sure if the wiggle room on the camper price would be enough to include the repairs. Still interested we asked what would they do to make sure the leak was fixed. The salesmen Blair went to get a price on the repairs. Blair came back and we asked if they had any trailers in the 16 to 20 foot size. Blair showed us a used 16 foot camper. While inspecting this unit we noticed the mattress had a tear in it. I made the comment this must be our lucky day then Blair unexpectedly asked us to leave and informed us we were rude and would not sell us the truck camper or any unit they had. I guess you are not supposed to point out defects to your spouse.This action from Blair was totally unprofessional and uncalled forI would not recommend this RV dealership to anyone who employs a salesman such as BlairBill Scott

We were in the market for our first, new trailer and had been turned off by a number of other dealerships we had visited until we found destination RV. We dealt with Blair who was super helpful and found us the trailer we wanted at the lowest price we had found yet. Unfortunately we had a number of issues with the trailer within the first month of owning it, but destination RV did a great job of getting in contact with other dealers to fix the problems (as we were on the road at the time) and they showed a genuine interest in making sure the issues were rectified as quickly as possible. Kim was really helpful and efficient at making sure the warranty would cover the issues as well as contacting other dealers who were close to us. She always got back to us in a short time frame. Junior contacted us multiple times to make sure the issues were being taken care of. Would definitely recommend Destination RV!

Spent a great deal of time shopping for new trailer tires. Most retailers either didn't stock the size or were not able to put the tires on my rims. I ordered on line and had my order confirmed for two days and then was told, after I requested an update, that they had a stock error and could not fill my order. Then I found Blair at Destination RV in Barrie and he replied on line very quickly, had the right size tires in stock, great price and was able to install the tire the next day. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was friendly on arrival and I was able to wait while the tires were installed. I will be back for other trailer and camper work and parts. Thanks guys

I'm from Manitoba and I purchased a Cherokee Park Model from Destination RV Inc. and my dealings with the dealership was pretty easy. They were great to deal with,very personable and they worked with me every step of the way.My experience was a very pleasant one and they worked with me to be able to get what I wanted at an affordable price.This is a family owned and orientated business and you can tell as they take pride in what they do from first contact to delivery. Blair, Cindy and Phil all worked together very well to meet my needs and my delivery schedule. I would lie to thank Destination RV for the excellent service and work they completed on my RV. I needed some alteration to the inside of my 5th wheel to be more specific Potty area. There quote was in the limits of what we figured it would be so we went ahead with the work. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was excellent. It looks like it came from the factory.The staff was friendly and informative. We had purchased the trailer at another dealership and they recommended Destination RV as the place to get my alterations done.Thanks to all your team for the time and care they took to ensure things were satisfactory to us.I will be returning here for sure.
