My company uses UniFirst for all our uniforms and other services.Rick, the UniFirst sales manager, has personally delivered a rush order to keep our business running smoothly.The UniFirst driver delivers our clean uniforms weekly. Not once has the driver had to be reminded to wear proper PPE or follow the speed limit in yard.The level of customer service is, to be honest, flattering and the quality of their product is well above standard.I wish all of my providers demonstrated the same total customer satisfactionPaul Wellard

Unifirst Mississauga has been servicing our uniforms for over two years now and have reduced our costs. Their service is great and they always get back to me promptly if I have a question. Our service driver is friendly too. I have been to their facility and everyone is caring and very nice. Beware of lower quotes with the hidden charges later. That happened to us before. UniFirst has been providing lab coats and floor mats to our lab for over 10 years. Rick, Priya, and Manjot deliver excellent customer service. We had a rush request for new lab coats to be delivered in 2 days but the team at UniFirst made it possible and Rick delivered it personally within 24 hrs.Manjot whose our route rep is always smiling, courteous and helpful with all our requests.

We started using Unifirst uniforms in June 2019, after switching from one of the bigger, well known uniform companies.It was like a breath of fresh air, the people in the office are responsive and Ron the regular delivery agent is always helpful and quick to take responsibility and answer questions. I recommend Unifirst as a first choice when looking for a uniform supplier.

Thanks for the great (last minute) job cleaning our players' football bags. Rick was able to get a driver to our storage facility and have the bags back less than 48 hours later. The bags looked fantastic and having them professionally cleaned saved us from having to replace many of the bags.

As an manufacturing facility, we use UniFirst for all of our uniform and facility requirements. In my capacity as Marketing Manager, I have also had the opportunity to work with UniFirst on special projects. The service has always been quick and efficient. I recently placed a special order for logo mats. The process was extremely smooth and we love the finished product. I would recommend UniFirst to anyone looking for friendly, efficient and accurate customer care.
