Recently had a system installed (water softener, iron Sulphur remover, and components of a drinking water system) after getting a couple quotes.Jeff was polite, professional, and willing to explain options.He offered a variety of solutions ranging from replacing specific components to a complete new system. I opted for the whole new system.Quote was very competitive- time between water test and quote to a working system installed 7 days. Jeff is not a salesman’s but a professional, easy to work with.Jeff was clean and respectful in our home, took time to explain system functions to my wife and I and even flushed our hot water tank out for us.Lastly, there was one extra component we decided to swap out - no fuss - Jeff came back the next week and had it installed.I’m very happy with the service, transparency, and professionalism. Jeff installed and has been servicing our water treatment system for 10 years. He is very thorough and keeps the system running extremely well. Our water treatment system sprung a leak after the power outage from the storm that hit the Ottawa area recently. Jeff was very quick in getting our system up and running again. We have never had a problem with Mr. Saunders repairing our water softener since 2005. Just recently we had to replace our 23 year old system. Turnaround time from leaving a message to acquiring and installing a new system was little over a week, which is absolutely amazing!! Thanks to Jeff, we can enjoy a glass of water straight from our taps again.

Jeff has been my go to guy for our water needs for many years. Most recently he replaced our hot water tank which started leaking and within a week it was complete, from first email to removal of old and in with the new. He's always a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I moved into a new house on Well and Septic with no water treatment equipment and an ancient watertank. A number of neighbors had recommended the Water Purifiner, Instantly once engaging Jeff I found him to be great to work with, honest professional and an expert in his field. He took real care installing the tanks required to add a new filtration system to our home. He called concerned about damaging a box the existing old water tank was housed in, I told him I was comfortable with whatever he felt was necessary interms of cutting holes etc. I came home and he managed to install the new tank without any damage or disruption. We've been delighted with the results. A true professional and I highly recommend his company to anyone!
