My partner and I have now spent three months in our new home and we couldn't be happier. Even with COVID, our build finished exactly on time. Randall was very accommodating in allowing us to fully customize the second floor of a standard plan to fit our needs & wants. They had great design options, both standard and upgraded, to ensure your house is up to date with the most current trends. I am in love with how the house has turned out. So far, they have been very responsive and quick to resolve any inquiries/issues we have had.Another benefit with building with Randall is their flexibility with scheduling site visits. My partner and I were able to view the home whenever needed, as long as we gave a couple days notice, which I think is completely fair. From my knowledge, this is not common among other builders.Throughout the nine month build, we worked with Dave Mick, the Randall sales agent, and had a great experience. Dave was extremely quick to respond to any emails (and let me tell you, there were many due to my obsessive nature lol). Even though Dave represented Randall, I always felt as if Dave was on our side and was always looking to help get us what we needed. Dave was also extremely flexible in scheduling our house visits, which we really appreciated. Thank you, Dave, for everything over the last year!We are so happy with our new home and definitely recommend working with both Randall Homes and Dave Mick to anyone in the market to build a home!
