My wife and I walked in (with 2 children) and were excited to see the RH Outlet store. We had a very odd experience though - they weren't happy to see us. Not one person talked to us the whole time we were there (for about 35 mins). We did get dirty looks from the staff though, so that was fun. It's important to note, our kids are very well behaved. During my 35 minutes in the store, I noticed other customers (without kids) were immediately greeted and helped. Looking past the snooty staff, I found the furniture way over priced for slightly damaged and frankly not the best quality furniture.

I purchased a couch that was extra deep for my tall family. The cushions are garbage and needed to be replaced after only a year !!! I never had a couch cushion that went flat so fast. You think you get quality, But the foam store said they have had to replace these cushions frequently. Where is the quality furniture??

Not much in here less than $10,000. In fact most couches were $35,000 at 50% off. Not sure who’s paying that for couches but count me out.

The staff are sooo unprofessional. I have gone into this store several times, the store was empty and not one of the 3 people working there said hello or even looked at me. They avoided looking at me. It was a horrible experience.

Buyer beware at Restoration Hardware Outlet!There was no refund or even the offer of a store credit when I tried to return two defective soap dispensers. Truly Gorgeous and looked fabulous but after six weeks of use, they were rusting and completelynon functioning. So frustrating - I expected a superior product for the purchase price of $76.00 each. That is not how you build customer support.

I read the comments before going to the store. I was a bit anxious as we came to surrey from Calgary to RH outlet. As soon as we got in, one of the sales associates talked to us. We had a great experience. They were even looking and calling delivery companies to check if they deliver to Calgary. Great staff and amazing communication.

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband and I couldn't believe how abrasive they were. We were barely in the store and putting our masks on and the lady quickly approached us saying good thing we have our masks because she would have kicked us out. She must have thought it was funny. It went downhill from there. What a waste of our time. It's too bad they couldn't get the same professionals from their Granville store. So disappointing.

If you are in the market for a $10,000 couch, then you'll be happy to find deals here. This brand is well known for quality, so a bargain hunter can find some great items here. Still well above average prices though.
